Very happy with Dr Marsel. He is thorough, and does not rush through an exam or follow up visit. Always stays on top of the latest information and recommends appropriate vaccinations and is proactive about testing to take the very best care of his patients. The office staff and nurses are kind and friendly. They are great at getting me in on time for appointments. Highly recommend.

Amazing doctor!! The and entire office staff was so friendly and welcoming. As a new patient, Dr. Marsel will get to know you personally and discuss your medical history and concerns. Expect a friendly and knowledgeable conversation as you work with Dr. Marsel to come up with a plan to address and medical concerns. If I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would.

Dr. Scott Marsel is a great doctor. I was able to get an appointment quickly with him and he was thorough and helpful. He referred me to another doctor and I was seen right away. They took care of me and I was able to get relief. Dr. Marsel cares about his patients and takes care of them. I highly recommend him.

I love my doctor and his staff. Never do I have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be called back and I wait less than 5 minutes for the doctor once the nurse has taken all the vitals. I recommend this office and doctor whenever asked.

Both my wife and I are first time patients to Dr. Marsel. We had to wait approximately 5 months for our appointment.
My wife was first to be seen by Dr. Marsel. She arrived on time and was given paperwork to fill out. As she was filling the paperwork out, she was called in to be seen by the Dr. My wife was told she could finish the paperwork after the Dr was done with her appointment.
Dr. Marsel took about 20 minutes to do a first time examination on my wife. My wife was rushed through the exam and when she asked specific questions about particular medical issues she was experiencing, he cut her off after just a couple items, telling her he can address most of them on the next visit. After the exam my wife was told to finish up her paperwork. My wife felt as if her medical needs did not matter to this doctor’s office and we understand that being rushed can lead to patients not receiving proper medical care.
I chose to keep my appointment with Dr. Marsel to see if the poor medical treatment my wife endured was just a bad day for the doctor’s office.
Two days after my wife’s appointment, I arrived on time for my appointment. I was given paperwork to fill out, and as I was filling out my paperwork, the receptionist at the desk called me up to her desk to speak with her. The receptionist said that Dr. Marsel could not see me today because I was 30 minutes late to my appointment. I corrected the receptionist by telling her I arrived on the time my appointment was set. She then told me, her office sent me an email requiring me to show up 30 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork. I told her I did not receive the email, nor was I told about arriving 30 minutes early, during any conversation with their staff when the appointment was made. I informed the receptionist that 2 days prior, my wife was seen by Dr. Marsel and she did not arrive 30 minutes early. Also, if the requirement for arriving early was to fill out the paperwork, my wife was allowed to finish the paperwork after the appointment.
The receptionist had no response to my statements, so she called the office manager.
I explained to the office manager that I had waited five months for this appointment and had driven an hour to be seen by Dr. Marsel. This did not phase her. She apologized but only offered me the opportunity to make another appointment. She informed me that their office is very busy and can only see one new patient each day, and that my next appointment could be in 3 months, unless someone cancels their appointment.
The office did not show consistent implementation of policy - as my wife was allowed to completed her paperwork after her appointment, but I was told to go home. There was zero compassion for the fact that we waited five months and drove an hour for our appointment.
Dr Marsel rushed through my wife’s first visit with him, only addressing a few of her concerns and brushing the rest off until the next appointment.
My original doctor has retired. I take daily medication for blood pressure and cholesterol, and Dr. Marsel’s office knows I have waited approximately 5 months to be seen by him.They know I drove an hour for the appointment and still they refused to see me because they claimed I was 30 minutes late. That policy obviously did not apply to everyone.
Dr. Marsel’s front desk is practicing a “Get out of jail free card” policy by thinking that just because they send out an email, they are relieved of any and all responsibility to ensure their patients received their email.
Their office has nothing to lose with this practice but the patient wanting to be examined does.
I certainly wouldn’t want an airplane pilot to rush through their safety checklist before flying or my mechanic to do a rush job fixing my car, so having my doctor do a rush job is just a catastrophe waiting to happen. Since I was told there is only room for one new patient each day at Dr. Marsel office, there is now room for two more new patients. Any takers?

The staff has great customer service, knowledgeable, no long wait time, very professional. Dr. Marsel is great, down to earth, listen to his patients and their care givers. He also explained things to his patients and care giver. I definitely would recommend the medical office to anyone.
