If you call them, you can never get a living person to talk to.
If you leave a message you will not be called back. We have exhaused all possibilities in trying to talk to someone!

Almost 2 months and still waiting on my sleep study results. No one can be bothered to pick up the phone or return voicemails. I got the cell phone number for the owner, Michelle, and she will not pick up the phone or reply to my texts. At this point, I am just trying to get a refund.

All the 1 star reviews are true. Incredibly bad service. I have been calling multiple times since last week, and no one picked up the phone at all or return your voicemail.

The doctor sent the request on Thursday morning for oxygen. On Friday afternoon I was told I would get an update by the end of the day. It is now Tuesday afternoon and still no response. Every extension just goes to an answering machine. If you are referred here, you'll probably die before they get back to you.
