I left this practice because of Doris, who is the woman who handles the front desk and medical insurance authorizations. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and in my opinion gets annoyed when she has to do her job and takes it out on the patient. People coming to Dr. Jollu are in chronic pain and do not need to be mistreated by someone on his staff! I have seen and heard first hand comments about her from other people who have experienced the same thing, so evidentially this has been an issue with her for some time. I'm not sure why Dr. Jollu allows this.
