I have been going to John at Westcoast for years now. We've worked through many issues with my condition and he was always there being patient and kind, helping me navigate through the difficulties of getting just the right brace for me. I don't know where I would be without the braces he helped me have. They give me so much freedom and joy, and I have him to thank for that. The front desk crew is also amazing. This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My prosthetist Brian is just the right guy to get you fitted properly. He stays on top of new devices and is very good at recognizing what will work for each individual. He is friendly and fun to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

I really can’t say enough good about my experience with West Coast. After almost 10 months of fighting to use my “old” socket, I was fortunate enough to meet Brian and Greg at West Coast. At that time i was shopping around for anyone who could help me walk again. In record time, Brian and the team at West Coast worked very hard to obtain approval from my insurance. Then, Brian suggested that we could “fast track” the making of a test socket. After one minor adjustment and a few therapy sessions I was able to get my final socket and my microprocessor knee!

I’d also like to mention the master artist at West Coast, namely Blake. He is definitely someone you will want to meet. I’d suggest you spend the time in understanding what he does and what the possibilities are.

Finally, I’d like to mention the office staff. These are some wonderful and helpful people!
