Today I waited over an hour to be seen. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, then was brought to a storage room/office for my vitals to be taken. After I was taken into an actual room, I waited 35 minutes before the doctor came in. I thought they forgot me in there.
They didn’t clean the room. They tore off the old paper and rolled out new. No cleaner. Their chart in their bathroom, every time I have an appointment, hasn’t been updated for 4-5 days. Considering they see 20+ patients a day and the majority does a urine sample in the same bathroom it should be cleaned more than a typical doctor's office.
This was the first appointment where they gave any feedback on vitals, baby heart rate, belly measurement, etc. They never put in my chart that I had an ultrasound. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have never heard back, although I’ve asked on several visits. They say they can’t find my results but they will by the next visit. It’s been over 10 weeks.
My portal has never been updated with test results after my first lab results although I’ve had several tests done and am not told my results. I haven’t been happy with MCR health the entire time I’ve going here. I’ve been to 3 facilities and had 4 different doctors/nps. Each place they try to get you in and out as quick as possible. No one has ever asked how I’m feeling/doing. No one has ever given the impression they enjoy their job. Because I had started with them as my OB I’m unable to transfer.
They don’t seem to care, update my chart or inform me of anything. I truly wish I would have read the google reviews before I ever went to my first appointment because having this as my experience for my first baby is truly heartbreaking and I hope I can somehow prevent other mothers from having to deal with the same thing.

Desiree In billing is the only reason I haven’t changed my provider from MCR. She is quick and straight to the point. Please give her the recognition she deserves.

Excellent attention from all the staff, especially from Dr. Felicia Montanez. She is a very professional gynecologist and helps you with everything.

I have come here with my children before and it was a much more pleasant experience back then, now the Doctor that is seeing my wife makes here uncomfortable and anxious. Dr.Charli is abrasive and very rude sometimes and I don't personally think that this should be your field of profession (working with pregnant women) if your not going to make an effort to be professionally considerate to your clients.

I have been coming here for years to maintain my health which is so important. Back when Dr. Rebecca Bowden was practicing here, she always took the time to get to know you and understand the situations to better assess the problem. She always knew who you were before she even came into the room. Now that Dr. Morris Bolligraf has taken over, he has the same mind frame when it comes to his patients. He does not treat me as a number and quickly moves to the next person. He does have a caring heart and always gives the best advice when I have questions that need answers. At one point the check in/out desk was a little crazy. Some of the personnel were rude at times but now that there are new faces things have seem to calm down and become more friendlier. I hope that it continues to be this way. I travel from the west side of Bradenton to come here just to get the care from one of the best doctors there is.
