This is a very good company to work with and the product and team easy to use. My only concern is that the paperwork needs to be updated. After my second night of the sleep study I signed and submitted the paperwork. It then told me to go to the sleep history and make sure everything was correct. The app wouldn’t let me do this so I called customer service and was told that does not apply and just go ahead and send it back. This was a little frustrating for me and I’m sure others as well. Other than that a great experience and in the comfort of my own bed. Highly recommend.

I received my box late on a Friday night and was unable start the device because I never received a patient ID. I had to wait until Saturday evening after 6:00 pm to be able to talk to someone. Esteban Estrada was helpful in giving that to me and I was able to start my 1st night. The app is not very good, the paperwork shows what it should be able to do but I only get the one screen for starting and stopping the test. The starting time showed up instead of the stopping time plus it was on eastern time and we are in central time. The second night when I woke up my device was dead but I was still able to use the app to stop it but then nothing else because it could not connect to a dead device. So I had to call later that morning to be sure that they received the information. Ella Lopez told me that they did receive the information. She was a little hard to understand, but she was helpful. I have taken the box to UPS and that's where I stand now. I think the App is pretty bad.

I would definitely recommend Blackstone Medical service for sleep study. The app was easy to use, and all I had to do was wear a ring for 2 nights. I did not receive feedback from my doctor after the study. I called Blackstone cs and spoke with Maria P Lopez. She was extremely helpful and professional. She informed me, my doctor was sent information a month ago. She was correct and sent myself and doctor information from study again.

This is my first experience doing a Sleep Study and dealing with Blackstone Medical Services.
Blackstone made this experience Very Easy for me.
Every Agent that I spoke with were Very Knowledgeable, Polite, Patient and their Instructions were Clear and Easy to follow. They made me feel Comfortable and if I needed anything they would be available to assist me. I spoke with Stephanie, James and a few others and I would like to Thank them All.
As far as the Sleep Study itself, not difficult at all, just 2 nights. It is so much easier and comfortable being in your own home for the study. No large equipment or anything to be hooked up to you. It's a comfortable ring that you place on your thumb which is connected with the App that you download on your phone follow those instructions and you are good to go. You just start recording when you are going to sleep and stop it when you wake up in the morning. All information is transmitted from the ring straight to Blackstone, not a lot of paperwork to complete just 1 piece of paper, which is Your Sleep Diary, easy delivery to you and easy return. If you have any questions someone is always there when you call.

My experience with the app and ring is the reason for the low review. I've had this for almost a complete week(had to have an extension) because despite following EVERY INSTRUCTION my sleep log would not upload and I would keep having to retest. Night after night. No matter what I did. I called every day and spoke to someone. They would go over the instructions and attempt to troubleshoot and come up with a solution as to what was happening and how to fix it. They really tried. I finally got one good reading and can't wait to return the device. I think the app and ring device need some more work. I got one reading to go through and can't help but feel like my money was wasted. Thank you Maria López for assisting me the most.You were great.

Terrible company… They call me and tell me that I need to hurry and do their test right away so that insurance would cover it so I do. Then I do their test I get a bill for the full amount. I speak to Yan Quinto who tells me oh I should have done an in lab study then insurance would have paid for it. Then this guy harassed me for an entire week until I paid them. He actually called me many times per day and sent emails and text messages. This began the day I received their bill not a week or 30 days later, the same day he sent it.

To make matters worse I ask my Doctor about the results and he even questioned them so now I still have to do an in lab study. Long story short, stay away from this crooked company and do the in lab sleep study. You honestly get what you pay for.
