No matter what date or time you have an appointment expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be called back to see a technician. Then you go back to the waiting room and wait another hour +/- 15 minutes to get called back to another room to wait another 30 minutes to speak to a doctor for about 5 minutes. I have 2 year old twins and everytime we have had an appointment it has gone the exact same way. Not to mention the front staff are very rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. The fist appointment we had after spending close to 4 hours to see the doctor I took my toddlers up front to check out. They have a separate checkout desk from the front reception desk but despite seeing a woman there the whole morning she wasn't there when I was trying to check out and schedule my kids next appointment. I stood there for 10 minutes making eye contact with the ladies at the reception desk multiple times before one of them told me they have no clue where she went and that I could check out up front. I thought that it was over and could finally leave but the receptionist despite seeing both my toddlers start loosing their minds and me telling her multiple times I had twins both of which were just seen and need follow ups couldn't remember that. She charged me my copay and I asked if that was for both and she confirmed it was for two payments. She then went on to schedule our new appointments but only scheduled for one of my kids so I asked her if I just bring both to the one appointment and she said oh no I forgot you had two. After a few more minutes she scheduled an appointment for my other kid two hours after the first appointment. I told her this wouldn't work and to schedule them back to back or to figure something out I wasn't going to wait there all day at the pase they were going. Finally I get back to back appointment times and as I'm leaving she calls me back and says she forgot to charge me for the other kids copay.

The third and last time I took my kids for a follow up I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time at 4pm and decided to leave because they closed pretty soon and there were a lot of people still waiting that were there before me. My wife calls me 40 minutes later after I'm already home saying the receptionist were looking for me. When she told them I left because they were taking too long they asked if I rescheduled my appointment....... which I would have to have done with them. They are just incompetent, slow, and inconsiderate of people's time. Find somewhere else.

Appointment was at 130, was in by 135, nurse and doctor were very friendly. Had to fix my cochlear implant. Got me all taken care of and I was leaving by 2:22. Highly recommend them!

It's true, that sometimes at this office, you will wait, but during our last appointment I learned why. I took our guy in because he'd been diagnosed with several ear infections post tubes. At first Dr. Whatley told he was fine- no concerns. I got teared up because we want answers for our buddy so badly. He sat down, and talked to me like a human not just a patient. He empathized, he explained, and he listened. This took his time and likely took longer than he intended, but this momma was so thankful. He's super easy to reach and knowledgable.

The so called Dr.Blythe was a joke. He strings you along to pad your bill. Was very belligerent, self centered, non caring. He didn’t even do a culture to find out what antibiotics to use. He preformed a painful procedure that was performed without aesthetics. They Cover all bases the day I terminated their service, ct scan, culture, proper antibiotic. My wife (who witnessed all of this)caught him untruthful several times. The pharmacist told us that he couldn’t fill the prescription he prescribed for it would cause serious side effects.Please ask your church family members about the caregiver you contemplating on using. We did this later and found out that this same doctor misdiagnosed her and had to be hospitalized. Please don’t use this Doctor.

My review here is two-fold. One, the doctors and clinicians employed by East Alabama ENT are wonderful. They truly care.

Yet the administrative and front-desk personnel here are the worst I've ever encountered in health care. When you walk up, you aren't greeted, you're stared at.

Moreover, I had the most difficult experience getting a referral FROM East Alabama ENT to a more specialized provider. As many of you are, I was referred to East Alabama ENT from my primary care doctor. The doctors and providers at East Alabama ENT wanted a referral sent for me to go to a specialist, and sent that over in their system. Yet the front desk people wouldn't send it over through my insurance!! I called, went in person - the new specialist called and even went to East Alabama ENT in person. Nothing. The whole process took around a month while my health problems persisted due to useless procrastination by the front desk staff.

This is sad, as the providers and clinicians do all that they can for their patients. They are great.

Never again. Looking forward to seeing my primary physician next time to warn her about referring patients here. Administrative disaster.

Just a waste of my time!!! Came in June 10th the wait was unreal, did a ct Dr. whatley could not tell me what was going on “looks like you have some swelling” gave me antibiotics sent me home. He was just ready to get me out of there! Come back for a follow up and they hand me a $400 bill and nothing is better I still feel the same! If I wouldn’t be charged the co pay and a cancellation fee I would not be here right now!!!!!!

Wasted Time! I received 3 reminders about the appointment and was asked to be 15 minutes early…and I was 15 minutes early as requested. After I arrived and checked in I waited and waited. At some point I was taken to an exam room. I was on site for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I decided to leave. As I was leaving and told one of the employees, all I received in reply was “o.k.” I understand that situations arise, but there was no communication about why the delay or when I might be seen and it was NOT “o.k.”
