Everything went well when I arrived. The front office staff were courteous and there was not a long wait before being called back. The person who gives the tests was both professional and personable which made the testing more comfortable.
The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because prior to coming the first person who scheduled my exam did not inform me of critical details such as fasting-and they scheduled me to have the testing done at 3 in the afternoon. I’m so thankful for the person who called to confirm my original appointment. She told me the details of the testing. I was able to reschedule but it was almost a month delayed.
Also, a tip for storing the drinks for testing- please use the suggestion on the bottle and refrigerate them-or at least some of them. The taste would be much more pleasant to digest on an empty stomach.
Still, overall testing and care—thumbs up!

This was the best medical non emergent experience I have ever had. The facility in and outside very clean. Receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable, thorough. The Technician was so friendly and helpful. This was an efficient and very well ran office. I would definitely recommend! Thank you so very much for this great experience!

Very professional. Everyone was so friendly and treated me very well. The process was fast and they kept me informed of every step. This is my favorite place for imaging and I highly recommend it 100%.

Appointment wa quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes and results were in my app within a few days. Personnel was professional, but maybe a bit. Ire personal would have made the visit even better.

Every time I come here, I greatly appreciate the professionalism of this facility. The wait times are always appropriate and they get you back for your appointments on time. The staff is very friendly because often when you come here you are very stressed out and worried about what your results may be. I very much appreciate the kindness, compassion, and time they spend with me on each visit. I highly recommend this location.

This was the best. The entire team is very professional and kind. They are also timely and completed my exam efficiently. The area is really clean and feels comfortable. I enjoyed The Orlando Health offsite facility for my imaging better than any other place. To make it even better, the results show up in “My Chart” within a few hours and I also see my doctors review and notes. I LOVED IT 🥰
