Sincerely Grateful for Dr. Bare and his entire staff. You will not find a more compassionate Team when it comes to your well being. Thorough, precise, and caring- components of business that are easily overlooked these days are reinforced daily here at Integrative Healthcare and Physical Medicine. It starts when you walk in the door and are greeted by Kelsey and Stephanie to check in. Shayla then takes you back to see Dr. Melanie and Dr. Bare, while Christine is checking in on you to make sure you are doing ok! It’s like family and I’m so grateful to have found them here in Ocala.

I had terrible shoulder pain and after the PRP injection and a 2 week rest the pain is gone! It’s been 8 months and there is absolutely no pain in my shoulder but I’m back again for my knees. Still working on them. Doc is great! Thorough exam, talks straight up what the problem is what to do next. Office staff is great to work with too. I HIGHLY recommend the group!

I've been a patient of Dr Bare's for a little over 10 years. He is hands down the best chiropractor by whom I have been treated, and I've been seeing chiropractors all my life; my parents and grandparents were also believers in chiropractics. The RegenU office is clean and very pleasant. The office staff is friendly, professional and engaging. Additionally, I have been administered several joint and back injections by Dr Walker, MD, and my experiences with her have been very pleasant and painless. Best chiropractor ever! I had a severe cervical Spine injury and I ended up having a two disk replacement surgery. Dr. Bare's adjustments are amazing and the staff are supper friendly and loving people. The entire staff are amazing, and are willing to help you out in every way to get your health back. I highly recommend their prolotherapy services as well, the treatments are supper helpful to help restore the muscles, especially due to surgery your muscles get weaker and I been dealing with this neck injury for a while now and Dr. Bare's office is by far the best place you can go to and get your health back together. I Highly recommend this office .

Dr.Bare and his staff are awesome. They truly care about their patients and will do whatever it takes to help. I came in hoping they could help me with horrible knee pain. Surgery avoided...pain almost gone. Now we're working on the back...feeling so much better. They are an answer to my prayers.

I’ve never experienced how painful back pain can be until recently. Unfortunately, my pain came on over a weekend. Monday morning, I got in to see Dr. Bare, who has helped me tremendously over the last few weeks. I went from being unable to do my laundry to working full-time at the hospital again. Dr. Bare and his team are amazing!! I highly recommend scheduling a consultation if you meet the criteria to inquire about treatment options that could benefit you.

Dr. Bare is correcting the curve in my neck. I feel so much better. I am standing up straighter and sitting up straighter.
My right shoulder complex has many small injuries from a fall. Dr. Bare is helping that to heal as well. I am so happy!
