Had been coming to this office since Nov 2021. Not long, but several issues within that time frame. I loved the PA and the MA, but the office staff and manager are horrible. I have had to leave messages for the manager twice since being here. To address the concern of when I’m sick, although testing negative for Covid everytime and having one of the worst years for me to date and getting sick 4 times since November, I was told everytime by the receptionists that since I have Symptoms that also could represent Covid that the doctor will not see me, nor do a telehealth visit. Which one of the calls they advised me to go to the ER where I ended up paying over $2,000 for them to give me no news and no antibiotics, instead of seeing my pcp which would have costed me $20. If your a primary care doctors office you see sick patients, not put your patients off to other health care facilities like urgent care or ER. The second concern is this office billing sent me to collections without sending me notice through the mail. I received notice almost 2 weeks ago with a call. Of course I told them that I would take care of it after June 3rd (which was a week away from when they called me). But the office decided to send me to collections on June 2nd, and the collections agency when speaking to them advised me that this balance started with the Socorro’s office on May 17th. Their office didn’t even give me a month to pay this before sending me to collections! And when speaking to the billing dept Kelly was soooo rude. I was willing to pay and kindly asked her to take me out of collections because I didn’t receive any notices, but she refused and wouldn’t help me. Like I’m literally wanting to pay, why make a stink if I’m willing to pay? But here I am writing a review and it’s sad that I have to communicate this through a review instead of the office manager just calling me back so we can fix both concerns.

My husband and I have used this practice for 5 years since moving from Tampa to Ocala. We easily make appointments with our practitioner. We are quickly greeted by the staff. At times we had to use Urgent Care and found this to be a great service. Our family is extremely lucky to have found such caring folks. We thank you so very much.

I have been a patient of Dr Sadler for about 10 years and I have never had a bad experience there. From the moment you enter the office and are greeted by the girls at the reception desk to the final checkout, you are treated as a family member. The girls working in the rooms and behind the scenes are just as caring as they tend to all of your needs and concerns. They notify you in a reasonable amount of time when they notice any test results that require further communication. I think of Dr Sadler as a relative as she has probably saved the use of my leg several times by getting me rushed into surgery when she couldn't hear a healthy blood flow. I realize some of these reviews have not been positive as patients are usually under duress but they should know that everyone in that office cares about your well being. I'm sure they can look back at their visit now and see that as they are one of the most professional businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Even when they are filled with ailing patients needing care.

I have been to Family Care Specialists as a regular patient and as a walk-in to see Leah Sadler, and I have been more than satisfied with my service. Ms. Sadler has been very prompt, not having to wait on her for more than 10 minutes. She listens carefully and asks questions based upon what I have told her. She recommends appropriate testing and then follows up with a call to me personally, made by her, not someone in the office, to let me know the findings.

The office staff has been courteous and helpful both signing in and leaving the office.

For the times I have used Family Care Specialists for walk-in service without an appointment, I have received quick service, not having to wait more than 20 minutes.

I am greatly pleased with their service and would (and have) recommended it to others.

I have been going to Anne Sadler with Family Care Specialists for a long time and have always been very pleased with the care and service I receive. Anne is knowledgeable, patient and professional. I have also taken my two teenage children to see her and she is wonderful with them as well. The staff is always great too!

The staff was great. The check in people, check out people, and the staff in-between were all friendly and efficient. Dr. Cunningham was also friendly. He spent the necessary time with me, explained his findings, prescribed medication and I was on my way! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone!

The doctors and medical staff are top notch. However, to get to them you must go through two very unprofessional receptionists. These ladies think they are the deciding factor in medical issues and that is just scary. Unfortunately, the office manager could care less if you receive decent care or service. Always a more negative and challenging experience than it has to be, or should be.

Waited over well over 2 hours just to be seen. It took another hour and a half after the doctor initially saw me before I was on my way. This is after being harassed about my insurance, long story short my insurance company had to call them to verify even though I had a valid insurance card present. With this wait time and random inconvenience you might as well go directly to Express care, the ER or wait and see a real doctor
