Love this place. Anne Goldstein-Rafuls got me through some tough times recently and provided excellent guidance. She is very caring. Julia in the front office is outstanding; caring, efficient, and a great problem -solver. All staff are good.

The receptionists are kind and helpful. Dr Lister didn’t make me feel judged or rushed. He answers all of my questions thoroughly and is considerate of my concerns. If you are searching for a new doctor I highly recommend Pacifica Care of Suncoast.

Without a doubt this is the best mental health support I have ever experienced. The staff call me back immediately. Dr Lister is saving my life with his support and quick response to medication management changes required for overcoming depression and anxiety including Bipolar disorder. I have been going to Pacifica Care for several years. I have learned to never ever be late. They have been very kind to reschedule me quickly. It’s a stressful job for the office staff. I wish they wouldn’t keep leaving. I’ve always appreciated how nice the office treated me. I appreciate Dr Lister managing my medication.

Absolutely awful! After having us gather referrals, fill out extensive amounts of forms and wait for an appointment for over three weeks. They called today to tell us that our son needed “a higher level of care than they could provide.” This was without ever meeting my son in person or doing any type of evaluation at all. When I asked how they made that determination, I was informed that they only worked the front desk and can’t answer that question, and that we would have to have an appointment with one of the “professionals”. And asked for an appointment and was told that I could make one for myself, but I couldn’t discuss anything about my son. Highly unprofessional I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for care.

As a mother trying to help my children who are bipolar, I would not recommend this location. My Daughter went into a mania and missed an appointment. Doctor refused to fill an emergency script of medicine- lamictal, due to not having seen the patient for awhile, despite the patient going to the facility for over 3 years regularly in the past. As a mom I was told they would call to discuss the missed appointment. My attempts to get an emergency a script filled went no where . I never received a call back. A week later, in desperation, I called again and had some tears due to both kids being unstable and not doing well. Just needed a thread of compassion. The receptionist told me to calm down. No empathy. Furthermore, the doctor has poor bedside manner, does not look at the patient in the eye at any of the visits, just stares at the computer screen for 20 minutes. How sad the state of out mental health system. It is awful being mentally ill in America.
