The worst experience today was at this location for the appointment I had for 1:30. The two receptionists Mercedes and Stefanie were extremely rude and, combative but most of all unprofessional. I will try to make this short, but because I decided to have my insurance cards back, only to retrieve the new ones in my wallet and bc I may have grabbed them quickly it immediately became a yelling match between them towards me as I responded in self-defense. They were threatening to the point where other staff members intervened to prevent them from attacking me physically. I became as angry and was taken aback by their behavior. I felt mostly embarrassed (for them) I left and didn't see the doctor. This was an unnecessary approach to an elder and disgusting behavior. Shame on them! The audacity to send me a certified letter a few days after stating they won't be seeing me as a patient anymore for threatening their staff! I never threatened anyone. I would have NEVER gone back. It has not been the same since Dr. Lara no longer works out of that office. Good riddance, and I wondered why I hadn't gone in almost two years. On the same day of the despicable incident, I did go to a new medical facility. So glad I did. Don't want anything to do with anyone there ever again!!! They need to evaluate their staff.

This healthcare provider has been a Positive experience for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Pogiatzis for about 9 years. He is thoughtful, careing, & committed to providing me with the best guidance possible. He gives me alot of information to help me make good choices for better health outcomes.
Dr. Lara treated me for a bad knee about 8 years ago. I have never had any problems with that knee since then.
. All . the staff here R attentive & courtous, helpful, & compassionate.

Dr Germain and his staff are very nice to deal with. They never make you feel uncomfortable to talk about any issue. When we needed to get my husband seen immediately after having a TIA (mini stroke) they got us in right away. They offer the perfect combination of caring and professionalism. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new doctor.

My wife had to go to an emergency room visit at our local hospital for an extreme leg pain. the emergency room doctor told her to follow up with her family doctor, when she call marion family practice for a follow up appointment regarding her emergency visit she was told by a Anna Rivera who also was very rude and appeared very annoyed, maybe she should find another line of work because patient care does not seem to be her cup of tea. I was then given a face time appointment over the phone without diagnosis the issue, they were very quick to prescribe me medication. Since Dr. Lari separate himself from the office it hasn't been the same, No one there ever returns phone calls for exception of Joe he seems to be the only person who knows what he is doing. I think is time for me to find another family care physician.

Dr Lara is excellent! I rate him 5 stars...the problem is with the nurses/assistants or who is in charge of handling call backs, referrals, etc....I called the office recently 3 times in one day.....the day before that 2 times. The week before that 2 times which I ended up going to urgent care(at the one THEY suggested, because I was desperate). I think because I cancelled the next days appointment(because I thought since I had gone to urgent care I would be okay) 3 days later I was not better and just wanted a referral to see an ENT doctor or to see any doctor to help me, well guess what? I am still waiting, and not even a call back, after a promise on both days that they would. I am totally disappointed!

The worst of the worst. If you care about your health then don't go there. The staff is terrible and don't care about you. They take forever to send a referral to an specialist. They don't understand the differences among all the insurances out there. The only doctor who would act quickly was Doctor Yvette Colon but she left that practice and I do not blame her for leaving that worthless office.

Dr. "P" takes the time to listen to your concerns before making a diagnosis. IF a referal to a specialist is needed he has no problem making that referal. He is interested in your whole health not just what brought you in to the office today.

The nurses are nice and caring. Dr. Might be slow with referrals but the doctor's treat you like a human being. All the drs.are nice to you.
