We have been going to Pediatric Alliance since my son was 3 days old and he is now 10 years old!!! We love it there and my son enjoys every Dr we visit: Dr Tan, Dr Hernandez, and Dr Drees! They take good care of our little people and create an engaging environment for the kids. I also enjoy the front office team. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Dr Drees and Dr Tan are amazing! I cannot speak highly enough about them. They take such good care of my children. And I cannot for to tell you how great their support staff are! Highly recommend!

We used to love coming to this office—Dr. Tan and the nurses were always great. However, our recent experience with the front desk was frustrating and unprofessional. The receptionist loudly questioned my account balance in front of other patients, which was both unnecessary and embarrassing. I’m already on a payment plan, and when I explained that we have a high-deductible plan, she then stated that I’d need to pay $75 for every sick visit. Today’s visit was for vaccines, which are preventative and should not require payment. This lack of professionalism made the visit uncomfortable, especially since we no longer regularly come to this office.

I cannot even express how incredible Dr. Hernandez is. She is diagnostically talented and the best pediatrician we could ask for. She has diagnosed things that have been missed by multiple physicians, and she doesn’t give up when most doctors would. She always searches for a resolution and is so pleasant to talk to. We love her and the staff at Suncoast!

Dr. Drees was able to fit me in at the last minute and was able diagnose my daughter’s septic hip joint very quickly. This resulted in a trip to the hospital where it was confirmed and treated before it became much more serious. We are very thankful.
