What can I say about Total Patient Care of Ocala (or TPC) that will convey the level of patient dedication and medical professionalism here? The TPC team truly is of professional caliber!
I suffered from severe chronic pain for 3 years prior to enrollment atTotal Patient Care of Ocala. TPC was able to help me where other doctors either fell short or had zero experience dealing with my specialized ailments. Dr. Sacher / TPC diagnosed me, got it right the first appointment, and relieved all pain I had been enduring the previous years. Leaving me with serious relief and a much better quality of life on day one.
I always feel like I am treated with respect and genuinely cared for by the entire team at TPC. I honestly can not say enough about this team of professionals at TPC.
THE TEAM:
Dr. Mark Sacher, an established Doctor of Osteopathy (or D.O.), has assembled an amazing clinical support staff.
Dr. Sacher or one of his P.A.'s always takes the time to really drill down to the essence of the problem or area of pain, and then they find a solution. Whether it be an isolated injury or general pain, Dr. Sacher and his team are one of very few providers in the area that are highley trained in Pain Interventionalism and know how to deal with complex pain, administer injections, and order the appropriate labs and imaging all in house.
APPOINTMENTS:
The entire process at TPC is streamlined, Beth is a pro with insurance, and payment is always taken care of before I get there. My check-in with Genie takes seconds, Once in the back, you're triaged by Merissa or Connie and within a few minutes placed into one of 6 exam rooms, and then seen by Dr. Sacher, P.A. Cary or P.A. Albert. Total time from walk-in to walk-out can be as little as 30-mins, and then you're out the door. They're very efficient!
REFERRALS:
TPC does require a referral to be seen if you are not a former patient. Dr. Sacher treats patients for both simple and complex conditions. Dr. Sacher is licensed and practices in Ocala/Marion County and in New Jersey. Dr. Sacher has a deep knowledge of other quality providers in the area and when a referall is necessary, you can be confident that you're being handed off to a fellow quality provider, where your care will be nothing short of top quality, just like at TPC!
DISCIPLINES:
TPC can, amongst other things; perform medical procedures in-office such as steroid injections, prescribe all pain interventional medications, make referrals, and order any necessary lab work and/or imaging.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE:
TPC takes most major insurances (including Medicaid), major credit cards, and cash.
