Best urgent care experience of my life. Brian at the front desk was super helpful and friendly as well as the entire rest of the staff. I was able to check in online and I got in literally immediately as soon as I walked through the door 20 minutes later. I think the entire visit took maybe 35 minutes. I came in on a Saturday. The office was very clean and getting my prescriptions was very efficient. I won’t be going to any other urgent cares in Lake Mary anymore. Highly recommend!

I recently visited here and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I was seen by Dr. Nate, who was not only very friendly but also took the time to thoroughly explain my condition. He made sure I understood everything before I left. I'm very appreciative of the time and care Dr. Nate took in addressing my medical concerns. I felt listened to and properly examined before given a referral that I needed. He took the time to explain everything that he did and what his findings meant. It's a blessing to find a medical team you can trust and rely on so I am very thankful that I came to MD Now Lake Mary. The entire staff is warm and professional and made the process easy. The care I was given put my anxiety at ease and I gave me a clear path forward with my concern. I want to thank the entire team for their wonderful service from the reception to the MA to the Dr. I would highly recommend this care center!

Excellent care from the staff at MDNow Lake Mary! Lorraine, the receptionist, was super sweet when greeting me and I was called back very fast by Edith! I was seen by Dr Gabor and he was very kind and informative! Tia the MA drew my blood and it didn’t even hurt! Overall very happy with my experience and will definitely visit again!

My overall experience was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor definitely takes his time with you, asking you questions, giving you his opinion and his known facts. He’s patient and a pretty mellow guy. I saw DR Krug.
I’ll come back in the future but hopefully I can stay healthy!

Excellent care and fantastic customer service! We were in the area for a soccer tournament and my daughter was injured. We made it to the facility less than an hour before closing and never felt like we were being rushed. They took great care of my daughter. They have called every day since we left to follow up, make additional appointments, and provide updated information. Truly a fantastic group!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The entire staff exceeded expectations in caring for my mom. They attentively listened to her and the physician assistant thoroughly researched the appropriate medication for her.
