Just over one week after multi level lower back surgery, my pain level is a 3 ib. Profin and afew non narcotic mess. I'm all good! Zero pain where there once was pain I have never experienced before, my life as a dad and husband have been given back to me, so very grateful for DR. ROTHSCHILD and your wonderful team of professionals.. thank you, see you Tuesday to get my staples out. 😁

I’m confident in Dr. Pierre; the visit started off great with excellent customer office: I was greeted, made to feel comfortable and there wasn’t a long wait. I truly believe that I’ve found a neurologist who will help me and wants to! Dr. Pierre listened, was thorough, asked investigative questions that no other neurologist has done before in Jacksonville. I left the office feeling hopeful and I’m excited about her developing a plan for my recovery. I highly recommend.

The facility is easy to access and the staff is helpful and friendly and short wait time! The nurse that saw me initially was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rothschild was thorough, he explained the images he was looking at, the possible solutions and made clear what choices I had. He made sure all was covered asking me three times if there was ANYTHING ELSE (that he would need to rake care of) before leaving. He also personally introduced me to their staff, which most doctors leave and have a nurse see you out.

I highly recommend this firm, you will be very well taken care of!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was 1.5 hours late for my appointment and Dr.Rothschild still got me in with a very minimal wait time. Dr. Rothschild is very knowledgeable and explained everything including my options in a language I could understand. I am going for surgery with this practice in a few weeks. I’ll post an updated review once it’s complete. For now though you have 5 stars from me.

I was seen by Dr. Rothschild. I don't want to even refer to him as a "doctor" because he lacks the ability to show care or concern for a patient's health. He would ask questions about my situation but then cut me off before I could complete a sentence. At one point he just started over talking me. Then he told me I was just fine and had the spine of an 18 year old. How can you tell a patient that they are "just fine" when they are complaining of chronic pain? You would think he was a volunteer or his services were FREE! Speaking of which, they sent me a bill for this FIVE minutes of medical malpractice. I had my MRI read by a professional and turns out I have bulging discs and other spinal issues. I've had better practicing surgeons while serving more than 24 years in the military. This Rothschild person is quite rude and does not care about the treatment of patients or what they are going through. I only paid the bill to keep it from collections but they will NEVER get another cent of my hard earned pay!!! Additionally, Rothschild should just retire if he no longer has passion for his patients or for properly caring for them.

Overall, I am very happy with this office. I have had some procedural difficulties with the front desk, but they are always pleasant and have been receptive to feedback. Dr. Pierre is knowledgeable and personable, as well as a good listener. I feel she is invested in my care and proactive about suggestions for improving my outcomes.

This place is phenomenal indeed. The staff treats you kind and are sure to answer any questions you have. My doctor is caring and she always gives me a hug when we meet, now that goes beyond just a hand shake. I truly enjoy the waiting area it,s spacious and clean with a nice relaxing fish aquarium to watch! I give them all a thumbs up!

I was referred to Dr. Do from my primary physician as a follow-up from when I was in the hospital in October. The staff was so courteous and helpful and it was genuine. Dr. Do was great. He went over my MRI's from the hospital and discussed with me in layman terms what was going on with me. He made sure I totally understood what was happening. We went over my course of treatment and I will be going back in 6 months. He said if I had any problems not to hesitate to come back in. I was treated with respect and would definitely encourage anyone with a Neurology problem to see Dr. Do.
