So I had been seeing doctor Rowan as my OB for many years and she has delivered my kids. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and I have been seeing her throughout this entire pregnancy. She has labeled me as high risk and has sent me to see a specialist. Last month I applied for Fmla and I was told that Dr.Rowan and her team would not be approving any sick days for my pregnancy. She only is willing to approve dates where she or her staff has been paid to see me. I understand some of it but as my doctor and knowing my health issues i truly believe this is unacceptable. If you are pregnant and your job requires you to have FMLA please do your due diligence and go else where because they will not tell you up front this is now there policy and they won’t try to help at all. I missed work 5 days throughout my whole pregnancy because I was not feeling well and she has refused to even put those 5 days on my leave paperwork.( they are not even full days just a few hours) but please just be careful. I only was able to see doctor town a hand full of times because they claim so is so busy but yet she keeps taking on new patients and then the other doctor they set me to to see most of the time come to find out Sandra is not even a midwife and can’t deliver my child. When I asked if Nikki was going to deliver him there is always this story of she has lot going on and if I want her to deliver Him I would need to schedule to be induced. They scheduled my for a 3 hour glucose test 6 different times because nobody was reading my chart and communicating with the others in the office. It has been an awful experience. Ladies please be careful.

Dr. Rowan was exceptional! She listened to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Her knowledge and bedside manner are truly top-notch. Highly recommend her care!

She did what other surgeons said could not be done! She took so much time with me before, during, and after my surgery. I’m forever grateful and I highly recommend Dr. Rowan. Yea, she runs behind on her appointment times because she takes her time with EACH patient. I’d gladly wait an extra hour to see her. I no longer have to be in misery and damn near bleed to death every month! Now that my issue is finally behind me there is no more anemia (mine was crazy severe) and I actually have the energy that I need to be able to exercise and live a healthier lifestyle. God really blessed me by leading me to her!

I have POTS (dysautonomia). I had an episode today during my initial OB appointment. Everyone acted quickly and did so well at following my instruction when I was able to speak. They all made sure I was safe and provided anything I needed to make me comfortable. I can't thank them enough. Everyone asked me on my way out of the office if I was ok and feeling better... they were all so concerned and attentive. As an RN, I have been mistreated both professionally and personally (on and off the job) when I had these episodes. I really can't convey how much it meant to me that they all took such care and displayed such respect for me and my wishes/instruction. I have PTSD due to how badly I have been mishandled and mistreated by healthcare professionals… especially enduring two recent miscarriages while enduring these episodes. They gave me hope that there are still medical professionals like myself who really do care for others. Thank you! I look forward to my future visits and I’m more than convinced they will keep me and my unborn child safe and well. The provider I saw today Alicia was so kind and receptive of the information I conveyed regarding my concerns and disability and was more than happy to put my mind at ease. Truly thank you all!

Dr. Rowan delivered my 3rd baby via VBAC2! Her and the WHOLE office staff ( all providers, manager, nurses, MA’s and front desk ) were amazing my whole pregnancy. If I had any questions or concerns they were always there and available to help me. I don’t think I could have found a better provider or office to make my “dream” birth come true. She had faith in me even when I thought about caving and scheduling another c-section! I’m positive had I went else where it would have never happened. 10/10. Even my care prior to/after pregnancy has been equally wonderful.
I can’t thank Dr. Rowan enough or this office for providing such quality care.

Dr Nikki Rowan is a very great doctor she is very compassionate about her patients she Cares about her patients if she can't help you she's not going to hurt you. She is very knowledgeable and educated on what's she's doing if you can't fix it she direct you in the right direction and she's going to check on you and make sure you are in the right hands I thank you Dr Rowan everything!!! I have been a patient of DR Nikki Rowan since 2010 and she is by far the best Dr ever! When I say she truly cares about her patients . She listens and takes her time to truly understand your thoughts and concerns and just doesn’t try and prescribe meds.
She delivered 1 my last child and it was a long labor however she was there every step of the way discussing current stage and ensured my delivery wishes were granted. You will enjoy not only her but her caring staff as well!
