The experience on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, at 1:47 PM, was highly unprofessional and misleading. After inquiring about sports physicals and appointment necessity, we were informed that walk-ins were accepted for a $50 fee. However, upon arrival at 2:10 PM, we were instructed to return at 7:00 PM. This demonstrates a significant lack of operational integrity and is a considerable waste of time and resources.

Horrible made an appointment to come in at 8 am and then drove all the way to get check to find out they can't help me .

Fact that she was putting the sign up while opening the doors since the door where not even open at 8 am.

They could have called or something for people that have appointments.

Worst as this was my first time coming.

Would give no stars if I could. Lady at desk wasn't helpful said had to go to Gainesville to get checked.
Also said they won't have x-rays all weekend so couldn't even schedule for next day.
Asked if she can schedule one up there so can drive up no she couldn't.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon, only patient in the whole building as you see empty lobby and still had to wait 20-25 mins to be called back. Regardless of the nurse taking her sweet ssa time. Mr.frost was amazing and informative and gave me options to choose from, due to other health issues. The pain was gone before I went to bed that night and I have felt amazing since.

The medical assistant was amazing. She made me feel comfortable as soon as she came in the room. She explained everything and set expectations as far as timeframe for test results. She is a huge asset to the company. The doctor was very thorough and explained what and why he was doing what he’s doing.

Great atmosphere with a helpful staff. Didn't have to wait to long. Prescription was filled quickly by my pharmacy. Highly recommended by me.

Went in as a walk in and they said 2 hours wait for a room and they got me completely out of the building in 1 and a half. The receptionist Sam was incredibly kind and and caring during my wait. The doctor was originally going to prescribe me one kind of antibiotic, but because it was so late and the pharmacies were closed, prescribed me something they had in stock there.

I knew I was coming in on a busy day, so I wasn't surprised to hear I had a 3 hour wait. I like that they gave me a time and held my spot, so I could leave and come back. Everyone there was very nice, compassionate and professional. I'm a nurse at Shands and I had been sick for more than 7 days. I was tired, weary, and cranky. The staff were so nice, comforting, and were able to relieve some of my headache almost immediately. Unfortunately, it was a nasty virus so no antibiotics but they gave me some tips and suggested some ear drops to help with the pressure headaches. I've been to some horrible Urgent Cares, this one was wonderful. Thank you!

I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in Ocala! I called for an ear infection and got an appt for 7:15PM on a Sunday.
They are open 8-8 daily and take the last appt at 7:30PM. The front desk, the nurse and the DR were all wonderful, calm, kind and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Bonus is- they are able to prescribe many things in house so you can leave with your prescription! They didn’t have the ear drops I need because I am pregnant and they had to call it in to the pharmacy but that’s okay! I just appreciated the good healthcare and good customer service.
