Delivered my son there on 12/23/24 and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. Every nurse that took care of me/us during our stay was so attentive and caring. You can tell they love what they do. My wishes were respected and everything was explained to me throughout the process as a first time mom. 10/10 would give birth here again and highly recommend them. Dr. Marshall from Dr. Hyler and associates delivered my son and did an amazing job coaching me through and delivered my son safely and healthy. Thank you all!

Every single nurse and doctor who cared for me and my newborn was outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made the entire experience truly wonderful.

I chose to travel 25 minutes to Saint Vincent’s instead of going to Baptist Clay, which is only 10 minutes from my home, simply because of the amazing care I received during my earlier visit.

I want to take a moment to highlight one nurse in particular, Katrina, who went above and beyond. She patiently showed me how to position my body properly to help my baby latch, assisted me with personal care, and supported me in a way that felt truly motherly. Her compassion and dedication made such a difference during this special but challenging time.

My husband and I are so grateful to everyone at Saint Vincent’s who cared for me and helped deliver our baby girl. Thank you all for making this such a positive and memorable experience.

Wanted to shine some light on my third birth experience as this was the best one yet! Big thank you to Beth, Shelby, and Joy. Beth held me through my epidural continued to manage my pain and gave me emotional support during early labor. Shelby coached me through labor and did not leave my side from the second she realized I was transitioning. Joy reminded me of a mom from the second she walked in my room even though I only spent my last day with her. These nurses were amazing and did not miss a single need of mine. TMI (but these nurses even helped me in the bathroom while smiling and laughing). Shelby is a great preceptor, listener, and a caregiver. Her student Ashely is going to make a great nurse one day because of this. Even Ashley helped in my vulnerable moments and was very patient with me. Overall I’ve had some experiences where I did not feel heard or seen just another patient, understaffed and nurses trying their best. The midwife who delivered me Tiffany and one other gave me options of birthing positions during pushing my baby out, I never received this and when asked I immediately felt safe. I got to touch my son’s head during birth and was coached during my pain and tears. The pediatrician, nicu team and nursery nurses were amazing! As a mom we all want our babies safe. Third time mom and I promise I hit the call light more times than anybody probably and had my needs met. From the time I got there to the time I left I was very satisfied. Smiles from housekeeping registration and dietary :). MIND YOU they had a full load. You guys have made permanent memories in my life and I am so very thankful! I left this hospital refreshed and encouraged.

If you like long waits 🥴go here! Tired nurses just coming on shift can't think straight. Not a safe thing. Do yourself a favor if not an appointment go to Baptist Health! If you have an appointment so far it's been good.

I had an amazing experience delivering my baby on 7/21/23. Every staff member from the nurses and doctors to the housekeeping staff were so helpful and attentive. It is an overwhelming thing giving birth and caring for a newborn and the nurses were so informative, kind, and willing to help or coach. I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank them individually. One of the nurses named Joy helped me so much getting started on my breastfeeding journey I wish I could take her home with me! She was amazing. I can't recommend them enough and will always remember my labor experience as a positive one!

The birthing center at St Vincents Clay was absolutely amazing. This was my first baby so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone from the triage room nurses, to the delivery room, & after care were such amazing women. I'm getting emotional even writing this because they took such good care of me & my baby girl. I would recommend this birthing center to anyone & if ever needed, I will definitely be back 🙂

I have had an extremely negative birth experience at a different hospital in the past followed by 2 extremely positive out of hospital births and was extremely hesitant to ever go back to another hospital to give birth. After careful consideration we chose to go through a provider that delivers out of St Vincents and I am so glad with how things turned out. I recently delivered my 5th baby here and things could not have gone better even with some less than ideal circumstances. I had an extensive birth plan that was absolutely shattered when my water broke before labor started. The nurses and staff were so caring and attentive and positive throughout the whole process that eventually lead to the complete opposite of everything I had planned. In spite of this I felt absolutely at peace and confident with all of the decisions that we made. Special shout out to my wonderful nurses, Amanda, Liz, Joy, Melissa, and Kristin. Thank you all for calming my fears and being kind and respectful throughout my entire labor. Y'all are the best ❤️

Had my little girl here on 1/18/24. Brittany and Clarissa were incredible nurses. They went above and beyond and they truly made my whole birth experience so much better. These are incredible women, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I truly owe everything to these two.
