I'm surprised at the amount of negative comments I've seen. I literally always have the best experience at this facility and I recommend it to everyone I know. Since my first visit everyone has been so personable from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I once came in very anxious so my blood pressure was high but after talking for a few minutes I was able to calm down and get a better result. One thing this facility has taught me is how to exercise patience, to stop overthinking, and not to expect everything to happen on my time. I trust my doctor and I love how her staff treats me like family! 10/10 highly recommend!

I'v was getting treated here! The staff and Dr are nice and accommodating. But unfortunately when it comes to prescriptions refill and respond to calls or emails they are found wanting! I had to leave and find help elsewhere because of the not knowing when my medicine would be available gave me too much stress!

I have been trying to contact Dr.Richardson since January for a refund that was due to me because they charged me for the wrong amount for my appointment. Every time I tried to get into contact with them they either ignore me or just tell me my check is in the mail. I have yet to get my refund. Also they are lousy on prescription refill I have to wait at least a 2-3 weeks for a refill after my prescription runs out.

I had an amazingly professional experience with this care provider. She took her time with my exam and talked to me about my concerns. My appointment started right on schedule and there was no crowded waiting room to maneuver. She was intentional and thoughtful with my orders - referring me to places that offer fair pricing for cash paying patients. I highly recommend!

UPDATE!:

Do not come to this office unless you want to be misdiagnosed with a severe mental illness and then prescribed heavy drugs, some of which are anti psychotics. When you are taking anti psychotics for a mental illness you don’t have that will really mess you up just like it did me. I went misdiagnosed for nearly two years and was miserable the entire time. Come to find out after a proper extensive psychological evaluation I did not have this illness. In addition, looking at some of the recent reviews I see Jamie who was the receptionist at the time I was a patient, is still wreaking havoc on others. Finally in response to the owner, first off I did call and leave voicemails no one ever responded and never called me back. I’m so grateful you guys hung up in my face, otherwise I would have never gotten another medical opinion and an evaluation.

This used to be a great doctor's office, but something has changed within these last few months. When I call to communicate something with the doctor, the information never seems to reach her. My last straw was within the last month. I was experiencing suicidal ideations, and it was getting really bad. So I called the office, and the receptionist told me she would contact the doctor and send me a link to communicate with the doctor through the portal, but she never did. As a result, I was Baker acted for a suicide attempt. When my next appointment came, I asked if they could take the money from my account for the appointment later that week on my payday, which they have done before with no issues. This time I was told no and that I could reschedule the appointment. And I was told it was going to be 89 dollars when I have always paid 75. I decided I no longer wanted to continue as a patient with them and explained why to the same receptionist, who had told me they would reach out to me when I had called prior with my suicidal ideations. Before I could even finish speaking, the video call hung up in my face. I tried to call immediately after and was sent to voice mail, and as I was leaving a voice mail, she called me back and told me the call had dropped. I want to believe this, but I do not because this has never happened on this platform with our previous video calls. The phone call ended with me requesting to be discharged as a patient. I have yet to receive any emails or paperwork regarding that discharge. I have not received any referrals as well. Throughout these interactions, I could never get into direct contact with my doctor. It has always only been the receptionist which I am very frustrated about.

They will make your mental health worse. The front desk Jamie is a pathological liar always says call back Friday when they closed Friday. Always says she relayed information to Dr when she hasnt. Always sent in meds late. I always had to worry about getting my meds on time rather than my recovery. Nikita could care less about mental health patients. Do yourself a favor and run far away from here. You guys always make up lies and excuses instead of accountability. As well as every negative review you had. No accountability. If you do more harm than good probably shouldn't be practicing medicine.
