I just love this place! 7 yrs everyone has always been so kind and gone the extra to see that your happy and healthy. I love that they have referrals that come with discounts for those of us without insurance. Most everytime it has been same day appointments when you call. It is a beautiful office and clean. Walden is the best group of Doctors I have ever seen. Dr. Steed is fantastic. He's though with his exams and very friendly. Dr. Steed actually cares about his patients well-being and strives to help in all aspects of concern. I have never seen a group of Doctors that get right back to you. If you call and need something Dr. Steed returns your call that same day. If you need a note he will email it to you that day. I can't say enough good things about this place. I am so happy that I found such an caring and outstanding Doctor. And there entire staff is attentive and friendly.

I had my first appointment recently and was very impressed. The office staff was so very efficient and friendly. I was quite nervous to see the doctor as I had not been affiliated with a primary care physician for over 20 years. I was so appreciative of the way Dr. Pfaffly treated me. He listened carefully, took his time, was so understanding and there was no judgment. He even allowed me to choose which tests to do since I do not have insurance.

Dr. Steed and his staff are friendly, professional, and very efficient. He takes the time to listen and gather information in detail to plan the best course of action and address all health concerns. Hes never void of a smile when he walks into the room, and will often greet you with the phrase "hi my friend!". His upbeat attitude has the ability to make you feel at ease right away. If you are looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen, cares about people, is thorough, goes above and beyond to provide the best care and has a wonderful support staff, then you should give Walden Direct Primary Care a try.

Walden has great Doctors and staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and care about their patients. They also have a wonderful life coach Lynn who I highly recommend.

It was super easy to sign up and get started, and the patient portal/Spruce app make it even easier to stay in touch with the Doctors, review lab results/visit summaries and other important documents. All of my visits have been great!
