The process was easy to get help for my chronic pain. Doctor was super nice and helpful on what I need to manage symptoms. Staff upfront was great, super helpful and walked me through the whole process. Should be easy when I have to renew in 7 months. 🤩

The Dr was great and so was most of the staff but someone failed to inform me that I would be without any ability to get medicine until the state approved it. My first time renewing an RFE. Now I know but shame on you for not telling your patients. Not good

Appointment made for 8 am. This place does not even open until 9! If the appointment is not made locally they need some understanding of hours of operation. Glad I am not on staff here they had to deal with fallout. This was a huge disappointment to me. Otherwise everything else was very smooth!
