**Update on My Experience at the Clinic**

After being a patient at this clinic for over a year, I feel it's important to share an update on my experience. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service—more than 60%—since my earlier reviews.

The clinic is in dire need of improvements, particularly regarding the professionalism of both the front desk staff and the medical team, which includes students and residents. My encounters with the staff have often been disappointing; I have found them to be unhelpful and, at times, quite rude.

Moreover, the wait times have become excessive, sometimes exceeding 90 minutes just to be seen. Communication regarding refills, referrals, and updates has been nearly non-existent, adding to my frustration.

Given these challenges, I cannot recommend this clinic to others. I hope they take necessary steps to address these issues moving forward.

So I decided to review this clinic after several months of attending as a patient because the reviews were very low 2.3 is pretty low for a medical clinic and so I waited a while to see what I thought. So the office is actually pretty large. They have many doctors of different specialties Within And there’s a lot of student doctors, which is OK with me because you gotta learn somewhere. The only thing that I would complain about would be the front desk staff they have gotten better thank goodness, but when I first started attending this doctors office, the women that were upfront were just rude, and there’s no need to be that way for any reason at all . All of the doctors that I have met with and there has been quite a few are darn good doctors and they will get to the bottom of your medical necessities. I think this CLINIC deserves a higher rating. Therefore I gave five stars.

This place is a money scam. Husband was just seen in December. He’s been going there for 6 years. He needed medication refills (meds he’s been on for the entire time!! No pain or controlled substances!) and after 8 days of waiting and calling and pharmacy calling, they say he needs to be seen before they’ll refill his medication that he is now OUT of! I found him a new doctor today that’s not associated with this trash!! Unless you absolutely have to go there, don’t!!! They’d let you die before they’ll refill get to you or your medications!!!

This place sucks. You'll be told to do the same tests over and over again. Apparently they don't look at your medical chart history from previous visits. They also never fill the right medications and never call for preauth on medications when they tell they did (yes i even had the insurance company call them twice to get it sent it. Here we are 3 weeks later no preauth sent by Dr's office. I mean this is a simple practice for a Dr office. Ashame clearly they don't have a simple understanding of the most basic training and needs for Healthcare.

There are a few providers at heart of Florida as a whole that I like. This one one particular invites me to leave her a bad Google review and proceeded to give me all the info I need to do so. Talk about rude and uncalled for, but I have no problem doing this, since I was gonna this review anyway and more. Her name Jennifer Hale she is, ironically enough, a mental health provider. I saw her a few times, I felt like she kept pushing this one med on me and wasn’t truly listening to me, so I went to make an appt with someone else. Well, that appt was far away and I had suffered a kind of breakdown. I was in a very very desperate situation, I felt very low and needy and that is not like me. I messaged her she refused to help me. She basically said all I want is Xanax and that’s why I switched providers. And she called me unstable due to my recent issues. Way to kick someone when they are down, I told her I will not be labeled as a drug seeker, for one I didn’t request Xanax I just wanted help. And if I am an addict why do I still have the bottle of Xanax from July and it still has pills in it? That’s what I thought. I simply wanted help. And she proceeded to kick me when I’m down. And this is someone is trained in psychology? I took psychology too and I never learned this is how we treat struggling people. Everyone says get mental help and this is what you get? I’ll go back to dealing with my issues on my own then. Let me give you her full info since she requested I do so. Jennifer Hall PMHNP BC central location at heart of Florida. Karma is good thing! I had a disappointing experience while attempting to schedule an appointment. I made several calls, during which I was placed on hold for an extended period and ultimately had my call disconnected. Upon calling back, I was again placed on hold. This level of service reflects a lack of professionalism in the scheduling department. I believe improvements in this area are necessary to enhance customer interactions.

It’s a nightmare trying to schedule an appt. Been trying to reschedule an appt of my son for the past 2 days. Got placed on hold multiple times their phone would finally ring and there would be nobody on the other end. Also would get placed on hold for 20 mins and would get a message saying due to high volume of calls that they couldn’t answer being 1-2 next in line of said phone call and the machine would just hang up the phone. Horrible service!!

I have had very bad experiences with doctors in the past. Today I had a visit at heart of florida with Sonia Sadr. She was the most pleasant caring and understanding doctor iv ever been treated by. She helped me with my immediate concern and took the time to fill me in on what she was concerned about and got me on track to tackle these health concerns as well. She took the time to make sure i was taken care of where other doctors would have shoved me out the door and moved on to the next. The entire experince from booking to finishing the visit was smooth and easy. Especially for someone like me.

I Don't understand how this place in business with never answering calls in any department you call, is a dessert land where patient services don't exist!! Dentist department telling my daughter on her April appointment they couldn't give her a future appointment because there were no dental physicians I've never herd such thing in a dental clinic in my 50yrs of existence..
They never send notices to patients on decided office location closing dates. I showed up 3 times on appointment scheduled dates and office was closed.
They never let patient know their physicians are leaving practice. So you show up & they turn you away with another future appointment because your physician is no longer there. Like it's okay to have patience driving to a set appointment to be turn away & comeback another day..
I feel that they need to be reported to the Florida department of Heath and AHCA. They treat patients worst that animals. I guess they don't follow florida Medical facilities laws. Towards patient care.
