My husband and I love Dr. Hoy and their staff. They are absolutely the best. Never any problems with refills or questions. Dr Hoy is a excellent listener and addresses all of your needs. We love Selena , Erin and Amanda also. They return calls promptly.

Leslie was sweet and amazing to me , the rating goes specifically for Amanda the receptionist who makes stories and is truly one of the fakest people I have ever met , after months and months of spending money and going back and forth to doctor for the life of me I could not figure out what was wrong I was back in the office for an appointment there was was one person when I arrived three more arrived after me everyone was called before me I was waiting forever to be seen , the building smells like mold and the door is super flimsy when I left the door slammed but not according to Amanda who placed my call on speaker when I called to cancel my app and any future ones not only did she violate my privacy by having other staff Listen to a private conversation but she went on to say I slammed the door when the door and again the door is super flimsy and if you shut it the door will slam !!!!! However for whatever reason she did the following I will never understand but while I was on the phone crying in tears to her expressing my frustration about how they could not figure out what was wrong with me she took it upon herself to lie and say I was coming at her personally let me be clear she handed me her personal number and name and made it all about race and how there are very few Latinas in this area and tried to friend me but then lied and said I was attacking her Why ? I don’t know but I clearly expressed how frustrated I was about the wait time and my results !! Needles to say because of her lies I was told I could never come back when I went forth to complain I’m allowed to come back but bottom line is someone like her needs to held accountable for her unprofessionalism and lying ,calls should’ve been recorded so someone could’ve heard my voice to hear how upset I was at the situation. Not a receptionist who has nothing to do with my illness !! Steer clear of this place !!! It’s best to stay away from toxic people that was super dishonest and if I was upset I explained why I never came at her like she said because she was just a receptionist I explained my disappointment.

The chemistry of this staff is incredible. They are all very kind, they listen, hear and look out for what is the best for me. I make myself knowledgeable on my medical requirements, I share it with them, and we make a plan based on the knowledge that we bring to the table. Go team!! I have been a patient of Dr. Hoy since Dr. Cloutier retired and the Jackson Clinic purchased his practice. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hoy and his staff. I moved to Montgomery last year, and while there are other practices closer to where I live and work, I don't think I could find a more compassionate, kind, and understanding personal physician than Dr. Hoy. He is easily the most personable and down-to-earth doctor that I have ever met. I know, unlike many other practices, that I am not just a number to them or a quick buck, and that they truly do care about my health. I lack the words to express how how good the staff at the Jackson Clinic and Dr. Hoy have been to me and my family throughout the years and how much I appreciate their attentiveness to my health while in their care.

Not very good. Ladies up front we're very rude. And we're having their own personal conversations on their phones while I was there. They were complaining the whole time I was there & was not very personable to their guests. They were leaving the desk to bring food back to the front & then were rude after I left. Would not recommend. Baptist convient care & montgomery clinic is WAY better.
