Awful doctors office. If you like throwing away money (co-pays, every 3 months for "refill" appointments), never getting call backs, argumentative staff (whoever answers the phone) having to explain your health history every time, then this is the doctors office for you! The kicker was, had a scheduled appointment for today, made it last week, walked in and the doctor is out of the country on vacation for a month! Guess what folks, my time is valuable! I took time off work for this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

Casey Edwards, ARNP is the most attentive and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She listens to all concerns and finds solutions that work for the patient. The office staff, especially Taylor, is phenomenal.

I have called 3 times in the past week to try and get my refill straightened out. No callback or solutions to my problem...which is meds I desperately need to control fibromyalgia pain! Receptionists is always sympathetic to my pain but empathy does not help me hurt any less!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They never answer the phone, they never call you back, if you need a specialist they try to discourage you from going and just doing everything in house. We saw the signs early and moved on to another doctor... and now we're getting bills for services NOT rendered!!!

I have been going here since I was a child and it has been over 10 years. After the old doctor left this place went down hill. I will never be back here. Horrible service horrible doctors. Will push you around. All they want is money.
