Magnolia Family Urgent Care is hands-down the best! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long, which is always a huge plus.

What really stood out to me was how affordable their pricing is. They even offer a $60 monthly primary care subscription, which is such a great option if you’re looking for quality care without spending a fortune.

The doctors and nurses were so kind and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

The facility itself was super clean and well-organized. It’s clear that they care about both their patients and the overall experience. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great care at an affordable price!

I love this office. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The receptionist is wonderful. The German fellow that checks you in for the Doctor was very personable and professional. Gabby the Nurse Practitioner was fantastic. She listened and cared about me and my issue. And the assistant that gave me my injection was a sweetheart and did not hurt me. if you are looking for a place I don't think you will be disappointed.b

Best urgent care I’ve been to in town. I have been going here since they first opened as the first owner (who has since retired) was a friend of the family. However, I’m even happier with the service now that the current owner has taken over operations. They are always very accommodating, and I have never had to wait long, even without an appointment. They also seem to go above and beyond the status quo. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care, and my family and I will continue to use them as well.

If I could give a negative I would. I drove all the way an hour to come to appointment. That was confirmed with me and everybody acts like they didn't make the appointment. Nobody knows about the appointment and they can't do anything about it because the person that's supposed to be there for iv is not scheduled today.
Drove an hour confirmed the appointment yesterday. But at nine a m of the day, nobody knows what the hell's going on
Poorer service, poor customer service. Nobody in the office gave two c**** about it or to even figure out anything.To help me told me manager's not there.Nobody to talk to good luck

First time patient there and I felt like I was at home. So different than any other doctors office I’ve been to. The people are NICE and helpful. They WANT to help you. I will be changing my primary care to them asap! I can’t remember the female drs name that I saw but she was a hoot! Ron the nurse was so sympathetic and helpful. The front staff was very friendly and sweet! They saw that I was sick and helped me! 10/10 recommendations for this small practice!

I'm only giving this urgent Care two stars because the people working there were polite other than that I had and just over 3 hour wait after being told it would be one to 1 and 1/2 hours and there was literally no one in there other than one other couple before me. The one or two people that came in after me were told there would be a one and a half hour wait also. I think there were a total of four people who got seen that I know of. I was finally seen by a nurse practitioner who told me that if they ran a throat culture it would cost me an additional $95 not covered by insurance but that I didn't have to do it she was going to prescribe me an antibiotic anyway, all in all just not my idea of a doctor's visit all around. I had gone to this place before but it's been a few years many things have changed. One thing I found annoying they have very few chairs and all of them small and very uncomfortable. I have a perfectly fine primary care who doesn't make me wait more than a few of minutes but they had no openings today so I decided to go to an urgent care but I will not be returning to this one.

Surprisingly amazing. I had low expectations for an urgent care as opposed to a regular doctors office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was over the top amazing. I then went on to get my vitals read by the gentleman by the name of Hanzi, who was equally incredible. I then saw Gabby. She was knowledgeable, thorough and resolved a seven week long ear infection that had already been seen and attempted to have been treated by three previous doctors. 24 hours the infection on my cartilage, in my air canal, causing my eardrum to bleed, and I had continued down into my lungs, was already starting to resolve. Very, very good experience and I will go again. VA covered.
