Very hard to get medical supplies for my husband and his facial mask for sleep app. been on the phone for days with out any satisfaction. Got approval from insurance provider and also a script from the doctors office. This has gone on for over a year now. Still can't talk to the person who is working on this. BAD communication. It is going on two years since they have checked or serviced my oxygen machine. Was to come and do a service check on Wed. and I stayed home all day waiting then around 5 o'clock they called and said they would be here between 6:30 and 9:30. NO WAY! So today I got a call and now they will be here between 4:00 and 7:00. It seems they have a big turnover with the employees, always someone new. I don't know how they run a business like this. Hopefully they will also bring my husband his supplies too when they come.

Customer service was excellent. Office staff pleasant and efficient. Andre went above and beyond to deliver my equipment from early morning delivery of travel tank to hospital until evening delivery of concentrator and a nebulizer. Highly recommend the Ocala office

My oxygen was supposed to be delivered today they changed delivery till tomorrow no one bothered to call me and inform me of the change. As far as I'm concerned their very poor customer service is redicuolous I talked to the supervisor there. She said she changed the delivery till tomorrow because 2 of her driver's called in sick today!No one bothered to call me about this change in delivery day. She said I will be first delivery tomorrow morning.They leave at 8 which is totally different than I was told this morning the woman I talked to this morning said 10. Seems they need to get their stories straight. If don't get my delivery when supervisor said I'll be talking to her supervisor. Poor poor customer service so sad!I'm just glad I have a machine at home or boy would I be in trouble! There should be a zero star!!!Not only are they poor at the customer service they lie and lie sent a email t8 my Dr office stating that I refused to give them their oxygen. I haven't laid eyes on them since last July when they came to get the small oxygen tanks from me. Said that's all that they were here to get if you can get your oxygen from another company cause these people SUCK!!

I tried to buy a portable oxygen machine but they were out. I offered to pre-purchase one but she wouldn't even order one. Who turns down a 3000.00 sale?

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Amanda lacks all compassion of any kind and makes it extremely difficult for their patients to get what they need. Major attitude and should be fired. All of their employees need better training when it comes to working with patients. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't offer solutions, only more problems.

Had my oxygen setup and delivery today they got here within 2 hours of calling me and the man who does all the deliveries in my area was so nice!! He went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and offered to meet me at my Dr Appointments to give me oxygen if I am not home! I can not say enough everyone I spoke with was extremely nice! Thank you Oxylife for everything!!

They should remove the word "services". from their name. Every time I call, I either do not get through or am told there is one more bureaucratic hoop to jump through before I can get what I need. Five calls, one month of waiting, and still no service. APPALLING

UPDATE: It is now one month since the last review and no progress. When I called today, they wanted me to jump through the same hoop they pulled in November. Now over two months of calls and referrals, and ZERO SERVICE. I am beyond frustrated!
