When the plug of my earphones was left on the laptop keyboard, and the screen was closed, damaging the soft touchscreen. I was not sure if it could be repaired but when pricing new laptops I decided to look into repairs instead. I took it to the Ocala Computer Clinic by chance and I gladly write this review to commend them. First of all, the customer service on the phone could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I brought it in on Tuesday and got an update Tuesday night explaining the potential cost since the company has 3 different touch screen monitors for my laptop model. Once I gave approval, the parts were ordered and I got my laptop back on Friday and at a fair price. It was significantly cheaper than buying a new laptop! It is working perfectly and I recommend the Ocala Computer Clinic to anyone having a problem with their computer.

Excellent service, experienced and knowledgeable at a fair price. I had a cracked glass screen on my laptop which was repairable (I didn't know for sure) and they also fixed an unknown motherboard/battery issue that had been causing overheating as well. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend OCC.

If you're looking for fast, efficient, friendly and affordable computer service, this is the place to go! Dead in the water without my computer at work. Took it in for repair at 10am Monday morning and here I am back up and running at 1230! Wasn't a major repair but for them to understand and appreciate my down time was amazing! Highly recommend this company! Merry Christmas!

My laptop was full, having only 5% space left. I brought it in to Mike at Computer Clinic and he had it back to me the day after bringing it in. It seems to be working great. Both he and his wife were very helpful and pleasant. I strongly recommend this company to anyone needing computer help.

I accidentally stepped on the my charging plug and my computer dropped on the ground broiling the bottom part and a square box became loose. He was so very nice and understanding, he was able to fix it so fast! I’m very grateful and recommend his work!

Very quick service I received my computer back the next day. Everything works great but, I would next time ask for a writen estimate.
I find it very interesting that you don't have the ability to give written estimates when you can give an elaborate
repair claim ticket that has plenty of room for the quote. It's easy to say you keep records of calls and quotes where I'm stuck with just my memory. I'm sure that your records are hand entered and absolutely accurate so I apologize for implying that you charged me more than you had agreed to.
