Took my 4yr old in at 3am for a fever she couldn't get rid of. I called they were very helpful. I came in they got her in within 5 min of waiting. The staff Nurses and Dr. were very polite respectful and accommodating. They answered all my questions and showed so much compassion toward me and my kid. They made the both of us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The nurse was especially exceptional I truly appreciate the experience. My kid wasn’t feeling her best but she definitely felt welcomed and cared for she left with no fever the meds she needed and in great spirits. Thank you so much the experience was great keep up the good work!

I feel extremely grateful and satisfied with this emergency room. I am a health colleague and it has been a long time since I felt so much emotion and professionalism in the medical sector. They are all excellent professionals. Since I have lived in this region, unfortunately I have had to go there on 4 occasions and every time I have visited I feel the love and dedication to their profession.

Excellent experience for a minor walk-in issue. Brought into the exam room quickly and greeted by the RN. The doctor came along about 10 minutes later, check things out, and set about resolving the issue. The only hold-up was the registration process following the procedure. It was lengthy and by video. In all, however, it was a good experience and I was satisfied. The doctor was Samyr Elbadri. He was personable and to to point.

Last night was my second time going here and both times have been amazing. I wish I could remember the first male nurse I had but I don't. Last night my nurse was Cassie & Danika assisted her, and those lady's were just amazing. Thank you

shocking prices they bill. $3000 for seven stitches in fingers. then lied to insurance about a nail damage. pushpal.

called them. left a message about the bill. amount and the fact they lied on it. no one ever called back
and i’ve now recieved a letter from their debt collection.
disgraceful amount billed and lies on the bill by pushpal.

My spouse went to the fairly new HCA Foxwood Emergency Center off HWY 27 recently. Dr. Petrik was amazing, as was the entire staff of nurses! Thank you for all of your kind support! He was in so much pain and you all helped alleviate that. Great bedside manner, compassion, and knowledge all around. Given the circumstances, I would recommend this facility. They did their very best to keep him comfortable. Thank you!

I recently had to take my son to the ER I’m sorry to say but I give the only star to the Dr in charge that evening. First of all the nurse had a bit of an attitude. Any time I asked a question I was answered in a condescending way. We were placed in room for over 7 hours with no one checking on my son only when I went to the nurses station to ask what was going on… I was told they were swamped. Two cars in the parking lot and empty rooms so how are they swamped. Even if they
were shouldn’t come check on my son? They could not get blood from my son after many tries and blood squirting all over the student who was in training and helping seemed to be the only one who was kind and helpful there. To top it off after my son’s discharge I was handed the stack of papers that had another persons name on it! So they had me sign off on the computer, another patients medical record and gave them to me.. good thing I looked them over before I left. I gave them back to the dr he was not happy about that. I don’t like to write negative reviews but that experience really did not sit well with me.

I recently visited the HCA Foxwoods location just to avoid having to go to one of the bigger hospital locations. I knew I needed to be checked out when my symptoms lasted for a few hours and just seemed to be getting worse. I was nervous and scared. I delayed my own care based on experiences I had with the larger hospitals past. Upon arriving I was greeted by friendly staff that took action immediately. The experience I had with this team On 1/16/24 (2am team) was fantastic. They kept me calm, showed nothing but kindness, and were humble when praised. I don’t write reviews often but this group deserves the praise. Thank you all for the care you provided! Keep up the good work and know you’re making a difference!
