I went to my first appointment to establish primary care. From start to finish it was not a good experience. I came in early to fill out my paperwork and still waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The nurse who did my initial vitals did not seem to know what she was doing. I spent 10 minutes with my provider, who kept asking me “what else” rudely, like she just wanted to get me out of her office. I am diabetic and have not had medications for almost 2 months. I was sent for no bloodwork, and am having to wait another 2 months to get my bloodwork done. And to top it all off, my prescription was submitted incorrectly and they are not responding to the pharmacy to correct it, leaving me without medication even longer. This is the most disorganized office with absolutely zero care for their patients. If you want a compassionate provider who seems like they want to listen to your concerns, avoid this office at all costs. I feel like I paid my copay but got absolutely zero care.

Dr. Sadler and her staff are the best. They are truly concerned about patient care. Dr. Sadler always takes time for any questions I have. She explains in a way that I understand. I am really blessed to have her as my doctor.

On Monday the 24th I called looking for some help with my 95 yr old father who was sick with possibly pneumonia. When I explained what was happening with my dad the nurse said she would speak to the doctor & see if she could get some antibiotics called in right away. Well no more than 2 1/2 hrs. later the Publix Pharmacy called to tell me everything was ready for pick up. When something like this happens to your parent all you want is to make them feel better & when you have a doctor’s office with staff like this one when they tell me “ Tim it’s okay we’re going to take care of this for you.” When I hear that I know help is on the way.

This office is always excellent from the general staff, to the nurses to the doctor. You are treated in a professional manner. They are always friendly and trying to get you to see the doctor as quickly as possible. Dr. John will spend enough time with you to answer all your questions and to be sure you are comfortable and informed. I am blessed to have found this office. Kristie, who checked me out, was patient and detailed in scheduling the next appointment both for lab work and general doctor visit. Thanks to all there.

Routine visit 11/17/22. 6 mos. visit. Dr. Nardandria and staff are great. The Only comment I would make is Dr. N. seems always behind, am rarely seen on-time, usually 40 min. to hour wait to see Dr. after seeing nurse for vitals.

Dr. L. Anne Sadler and her staff are top-notch. She's probably the best doctor I've ever gone to. She listens and doesn't rush you out of the office, and yet, I've never waited more than 10 minutes to see her. Her staff are kind and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to change or looking for someone new. She's also VERY prompt in getting back to you through the patient portal which I would highly recommend.

I wrote this three years ago. Everything has changed in that office. I would not recommend at all!

In January, i created four appointments. Today, May 13, I received a call about how my doctor would not see any females under 18. However, he could see females over 18, but refuses to deal with their female issues. This makes me question his interntions. Given that these appointments were for women, it is also upsetting that this information was not given earlier. In fact, when I asked the women on the phone, she was unable to explain why. She also asked if my daughters could speak English. This felt like a attack on accent. I am the wife of a retired military husband for over 21 years and we have tricare. I find it extremely disappointing to see this behavior. I would recommend that everyone avoid this clinic, especially if you are a woman or have an accent!
