I have suffered chronic back and neck pain for years. I received PRP and Stem Cell injections about 6 months ago and I feel better than I have in a very long time. I am back to doing the things I love doing pain free. Dr. Goodman and Beth made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Goodman for PRP or Stem Cell injections if you have any chronic pain. Dr. Goodman and his staff are friendly and professional. Definitely 5-star rating for me.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-changing experience I’ve had after receiving stem cell treatment for my hip from Dr. Goodman. Before the procedure, I was in constant pain and had very limited mobility, making even simple tasks challenging. I saw multiple orthopedic doctors in Redding, and even got referred to Stanford. I cannot say anything but amazing things about Dr. Goodman.. He is the first doctor I have ever had who actually listens and hears the concerns I have about myself. We talk, we develop a plan, I get explanations about results of tests in such incredible detail and terms that I can actually understand. I love the fact that he doesn't just throw a pill at your problems, but diet, exercise, supplements and so forth. The entire office staff is so wonderful. I am always greeted with kindness and a smile. Everytime I have to go to any other doctors office, I do not get this kind of service and care. I will recommend Dr. Goodman and staff for ever and ever! Incredible place!

I am in my early 50's, at 45 I had chemo and experienced medically induced menopause, then I also started having Thyroid issues. I was tired all the time and had gained 30lbs! I had no energy or desire to work out but I hated my body. After seeing Dr. Goodman I began to workout again, eat healthier, and started taking care of my Gut, Dr Goodman also suggested that I tried steroid pellets and they were amazing!! I actually had a libido for the first time in 6 yrs! Now after only 4 months, I was 167lbs on my first visit and now I weigh 151lbs and still losing . I am happier and so is my husband! I had actually given on losing weight but Dr Goodman is truly a god send! He has actually changed my life! He is a little expensive and doesnt except Ins, but he is worth every penny, even if you have to save up for a while or get a credit card, do it! Amazing experience with Dr. Goodman and the entire staff! Would recommend to anyone who wishes to improve their health! I'm a huge fan of the vitamin IV treatments for their anti-inflammatory qualities. My friend, Leo, had tremendous success with stem cell treatment on his ailing shoulder. He's back to living life on his terms and doing what he loves to do!

Dr. Goodman is knowledgeable with decades of experience to back it up.
He and his office have been easy to work with and answer questions in a timely manner. I hope to do more with them regarding degenerative disk issues. I would encourage people to make an appointment for a diagnosis.

I am 49 years old and have been having joint pain for a long time now I decided to get PRP in stem cell injections on my left knee right hip and both shoulders and so far it has been so amazing. These injections have worked so well that I have gotten another round of injections in both elbows and both wrists which again I have had amazing results. Dr. Goodman and his staff have been so kind and caring and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Goodman at the Lifespan Center to anyone who has been dealing with joint pain even ligament or tendon injuries, he can help you. I have worked and a labour intensive job for the last 25 years at the same place which I totally love but it was just taking a toll on my body and my joints and just wearing them out and I like working a physical job but it was taking a toll on my body to the point where I would work all day and then when I got home I didn't want to do any activities because my body was in so much pain and discomfort, all I wanted to do was sit down and relax. now it's not like that I am way more active I feel great I am doing so much more when I get off work. When you feel good you do good and I feel great and it's all because I decided to get the stem cell injections and PRP. I highly recommend going in for a consultation with Dr.Goodman because you can't live your best life if your uncomfortable and in pain all the time.
