Fantastic office. The front desk is always incredibly helpful, patient and kind and every interaction I’ve had with them has been high quality. I also can’t say enough good things about Andrew Daniel. He listens, takes his time with each patient and only cares about giving you the best care he possibly can while handling an incredibly busy workload. Both the front desk and Andrew have gone out of their way to help me in different ways that have set the standard in quality health care. Everybody in the office deserves a raise, long vacation and better benefits because whatever they’re receiving isn’t enough.

Edit- my review is specifically about the people working in the Woodstock office, not about LifeStance as a whole or their policies. The workers deserve a raise, the executives absolutely do not.

I have been a patient there for years. Lindsey Nichols was who I saw. I called in the day of my appointment and was told she was no longer practicing there. I was shocked and very upset that I wasn't notified. I feel that Lindsey and I had formed a bond. She has helped me so much. She knew everything about me, and always available when I needed her. She suggested that I also see a therapist and set me up with Elizabeth South. I'm looking forward for good results I will get working with her. They set me up with psychiatrist Jason Watts. I've only had one appointment with him. He is going to continue with the regimen I had with Lindsey. But, I will say when and if I find out where Lindsey is practicing and is covered under my insurance I will begin seeing her again.

Andrew Daniel has been an awesome provider. He’s kind, patient, and I always feel heard - which is so important for this kind of medicine. Couldn’t recommend him more!

If I could, I would give them a 0 star. Exorbitant charges, even with insurance. Each time I saw their nurse practitioner, through remote video, for less than 5 minutes, and they charged me hundreds of dollars for these about 3 minutes. there was no justification for such charges. anyone should avoid this place at all cost

Love working with Meah McCray and the whole staff at the Woodstock location are wonderful! I thought I had an appointment one day and they fit me in, no problem. Great service!

They don't care about your mental health; they only care about bleeding you of all your money. They had no problem taking my insurance without any issues, but about a year+ later, they randomly sent me a bill for almost $1,500. If my insurance comes up short, that's a "me" problem, but if you let months and months pass and then try to collect from me, that's a "you" problem. Oh, but what if you have no insurance? No problem! Just pay $400+ cash per 5 minute visit. If you think I'm just a disgruntled former patient, look into the lawsuits Lifestance is facing. I'm not the only patient to suffer their sleazy billing practices. Too bad I didn't know about those lawsuits in my time of need. I'd like to hope there's a special afterlife for private equity investors who prey on the sick and vulnerable.

My provider is out of office for over a month, wasn’t notified until my appointment I was charged $100 for a late fee even though I was on call waiting. I didn’t get a refill for 2 months and I got terribly sick. My new appointment was with someone completely different and all he was focused on was “getting you off the medication”. Didn’t use my preferred pronouns and ignored that I am completely trans. Worst experience and most degrading situation in a “professional” workplace in my life.
