I have been with NAMH for more than one year and feel they have been absolutely wonderful. They have always been kind and supportive. I'm great therapist and medication Dr., My last visit there was a large turnover in staff. I only recognized 2.
45 nine, but I've always been treated very nice and politely by all the staff prior to the new ones. And the new ones. I do agree. There has been you're in tests in the cabinet before. I put mine in there which I was not very happy about cause. I think that's just not very good. It's not professional. Can I worry about them being contaminated? Or somebody switching out pee or something. I I just have an issue with that. But my therapist and my medication doctor have absolutely saved my life My therapist is wonderful and I have come a long way and I know I still have a lot to go.

A few years ago I would’ve gave you five stars but lately this last couple years I haven’t liked how I have to wait on the phone and then when it does pick up, it says for me to leave my name and number I think at a mental health place. You shouldn’t do this. Oh my own personal experience though through 10 years with Simeon Jones has been great. He has help. Give me tools to handle my post traumatic stress syndrome Paul kim was very, very nice, too very professional, and now I have Kristina Johnson she has been very helpful and helped me very much when I had a hard time this last month I just have noticed in the office part it’s cold and not as personal as it used to be and waiting on the phone is terrible specially when your mental health Patient

Im leaving this practice to opt for a better psychiatrist.

They have terrible telehealth doctors. Had one refuse to give me my anxiety medication over "personal beliefs".

I've been bounced around for over a year to get a psychiatrist. Ive had 2 appointments in over a year.

Medicine has been prescribed for things I dont even suffer from.

I was 1 minute late for my 15 minute before appointment. They told me i couldnt see my psychiatrist for that reason.
So I arrive 14 minutes BEFORE my appointment instead of 15, and I am denied service.

Very Unprofessional, VERY Non-empathetic. They give off the impression that they couldnt care less about patients or patients needs.

The attitude of the front staff has improved a lot recently, and I’m grateful for that, however this is the second time in a couple months that I’ve been in for a UA and there were multiple urine samples sitting in the cabinet. This just doesn’t seem safe or confidential.
The office wasn’t busy either so it doesn’t feel like there is a good excuse for this.
I mentioned it to a staff member both times but the practices haven’t changed and I don’t know who to contact.

I was a patient there for several years and did not get my needs met, I feel like my provider was grasping at straws with my health. She gave me a medication that proved to be very dangerous for me and instead of handling the situation and helping me, NAMHS gave me the cold shoulder. I could sit and nitpick for quite a while as to why they deserve one star ( not least of which is the misgendering ) but I don't won't to be here all day.

I’ve gone through ups and downs at NAMH! Over the years I’ve gone through counselors and prescribing psychiatrists. Somehow through the process I think that I found a regiment of medication’s and therapy and to try and overcome what has become my life! I believe good and bad were all necessary to make me the man I am today! I am truly relentless and if it is worth doing, why not with style and class!
