Love this store and its staff. Always willing to help. My lowering the store is because of the pharmacy. The last few months there has been a turnover in staff; they have obviously not had the customer service training. The new pharmacy app is a disaster and if you go in to the pharmacy you get absolutely no help

One word....AMANDA!! Well, (if you know me at all), "one word" never happens!! So, I'm at this Publix location for my 2nd attempt in the rain to find my item. (Out here, in Middleburg, the next closest is 18 minutes away, but that's how much I love the item!!) On my side of town, maybe 4 locations would have been passed in 18 minutes 🤔 Lol! Well, I'm walking around, kinda bouncing to the music (WE ALL DO IT), trying to make sure I get everything I need and out of the back or side, with rolls of tissue, comes Amanda! (Originally from Columbia, I believe), singing and dancing 💃 up to me, and in the time it took her to help me find the isle I needed, I knew she was good people! Such energy! Such positivity!A beautiful soul! It's an awesome example of how Publix just does it right!!
