I usually post positive reviews. But I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this store. It seems the overwhelming majority of reviews are negative for this shop, the consensus is: Worst customer service & the Owner is rude.

I called this store on December 23rd and asked if they carried printed scrub tops The gentleman said that they did and confirmed when what their hours were. When I arrived, there were only a handful of printed scrubs. Literally, three scrub tops size small and a couple of Christmas scrub tops, nothing bigger than a large. (he could have disclosed that they had a small inventory of printed tops) When I said something about the small number of items, the salesman commented no one wears printed scrubs tops. I replied that everyone in the office I work at does. I said the girl I was shopping for liked bright colors, he kept showing me dark and muted colors. Clearly wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying. I should have just left, but since this was a secret Santa gift, I went ahead and purchased a couple of solid color tops, not knowing which would fit. I was not informed there was a no refund policy, only exchange. I just found this out today as I was trying to return the items and the salesman said sorry no refunds, only exchange, it’s our policy. I replied with I was not informed of that. He said there’s a sign. I asked is there anyone else I can talk to. He said no, I’m the owner. So, I replied, if you’re the owner, then you could certainly make an exception to your policy and give me a refund. He said “I DON’T WANT TO”. And proceeded to ignore me.
I have no use for the scrub tops. I would not have bought two if I known that I couldn’t return the second one that didn’t fit. As it is, the person I bought it for didn’t fit in either one. So now I’m stuck with two scrub tops and THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE. I like supporting smaller businesses, but I will never shop here or recommend this business to anyone.

Simply the best. He knows what he is doing and carries a wide variety of colors, sizes and prints. There is a sign that says exchange only so you should not think you are special and try to return something. That is his policy. Also if he doesn't have it he will order it for you. This man knows his uniforms. He is very honest almost to a fault. I will not go or order from anyone else.

We've tried big commercial scrub companies and not one of them can compare to the this. I recommend their top quality services to everyone!!

Do not be fooled by the bad reviews. This was the sweetest experience I have ever had whilst purchasing scrubs. The man we met was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what schools were assigned to which colors. People in the reviews mentioned the return policy, but it is clearly stated by the register, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise. There was also has a dressing room, so returns shouldn’t be necessary. The store was clean, neat, and there were plenty of brands, colors, and styles to choose from. He was so patient when I had a problem with my card, and we had a nice conversation while dealing with my issue. The reviews also state that you cannot tell the prices/he changes them at checkout, but I believe it was just the handwriting, as I calculated my final price before I checked out, and it was correct- nothing changed. Overall 10/10, and I cannot believe there have been any reviews less than. Will 100% come again. Such a wonderful experience!!

I had an amazing experience at this store! The gentleman who works there helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and listened. Prices are great and you get to try on the scrubs! I will be going back and getting other colors and styles! I am going to buy all my scrubs from this location. I will be a loyal customer from here out. Very helpful and a bit cheaper than online! Wonderful experience at a local business!!!!

We had a very nice experience today in this shop. We were shopping for scrubs for my daughter and the owner was very helpful. Especially with as picky as my daughter is. He helped her find exactly what she was looking for.

I bought a pair of pants that i did not like. I waited to try them on when i got home and the owner would not accept the return. I asked to exchange them and he would not exchange them. I was dissatisfied with his lack of customer service and i will not return. I was not happy with my purchase and left it there at the store without getting any of my money back. The store does not seem like it gets much business as both times i entered itwas enmity, not a soul. Now i understand the store was empty because the owner is not fair

BUYER BE AWARE ... This foreign shop owner must not know the US Policy on returns or exchanges. He does neither one. Try the clothes at the store for size. If you a female take someone with you perhaps a man friend. Watch the tags that are not switched. Make sure you look at the merchandise well before you buy. Walmart, has scrubs as well.
