I've experienced many different healing modalities and bodywork over the years, but nothing compares to the level of care, intuition, and support I received from Deborah. Within the first 20 minutes, I already knew I’d be booking another session! I chose the abdominal Thai massage, and it was a profoundly beautiful and intensive experience. I feel an incredible sense of release and lightness already, and I’m deeply grateful for Deborah’s knowledge and skill. You can see the level of love in every detail that she's put into her sacred space. I'm Looking forward to my next session with such an exceptional practitioner! After all these years I found my go-to space! 😊

I had the luxury of receiving a 2-hour Thai traditional massage today at METTA Wellness Center. My tension feels all moved out and about. I love the METTA new space! The dedicated building for massage felt like a haven for my day of self-care. Deborah is the most knowledgeable and thorough therapist I’ve encountered. Along with her immense skills and seemingly endless techniques is her kind and calm nature.
I got a sneak peak at the soon-to-be opening yoga space which is going to be awesome. It will be hosting workshops, sound training and sound baths. I know most of the yoga teachers on the schedule and am really excited for our community.

I’ve been going to METTA since she first opened, years ago. I just realized, I’ve never left a review. Deborah is the absolute best! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and really cares. Working with horses most of my life, I’ve had my share of injuries, which have resulted in compensational issues and scar tissue build up. I’ve had acupuncture, chiropractic and professional massage over the years but, I’ve never experienced professional body work, until Deborah. What a huge difference in my range of motion! She is so passionate about overall health and well being, of the mind, body and spirit and offers several classes! I am really excited about her new location and sanctuary!

I am so thankful to have been recommended the gifted Deborah at Metta Thai shortly after moving to Ocala. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages regularly since my 2nd auto accident over 10 years ago. She’s the most in touch, nuanced & hard working therapist I’ve found. I love her wide range of techniques & uncanny ability to find deep rooted knots in areas no other therapist has addressed. It’s apparent how dedicated Deborah is to addressing the root causes of pain in the body. I appreciate how she reviews health records & specific concerns each appointment, catering to each individual’s needs with great attention. Knowledgable (I believed she has over 20 years of experience), honest, intuitive & dedicated to excellence in her specialty. She’s created such a warm & inviting space which also includes yoga, sound baths & more. That room in particular is beautiful & serene. I love the help-yourself complimentary (extensive) tea collection. She clearly puts much heart & attention into all that she does. Ocala is lucky to have her!

I have seen Deborah a few times for a Chi Nei Tsang/Thai Abdominal massage and a cupping/deep tissue massage. The environment is relaxing and peaceful. Deborah explains everything and make you feel comfortable. After many years of knee and back pain with physical therapy , i am no longer in pain. The abdominal massage is a great experince, you actually feel circulation and you will know what it truly is to take a deep breath. It does bring up a lot of emotions and i highly recommend it as a person with an autoimmune disorder and inflammation.

Deborah is the most thorough massage therapist I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your health. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I have been raving about her to others ever since my first visit several months ago. I am so happy that a friend of mine recommended her to me. If you haven't tried sound bathing you're missing out. I took my mom on a Friday night to a one hour group session. It was amazing! Beautiful sound created the most relaxing hour. Just do it! There are zero gravity loungers and yoga mats which was wonderful, I was worried about my 75 year old mom getting onto a yoga mat, but the loungers were perfect. I can't recommend Metta enough. I hope to get back for a Thai massage when I'm back in the area again.
