The staff I encountered on 2/23/25 were amazing! They were friendly and respectful and seemed to be very understanding of everything I was experiencing as a patient, but most importantly they made sure my issue was addressed. The doctor didn’t make me feel like just another patient, she listened and gave good feedback and politely addressed concerns, she also clarified things in a positive way to ensure I wasn’t confused. It was refreshing to visit a doctor that wasn’t condescending.

Bought my daughter here a few weeks ago and they also treated me today. The option of being able to complete all documents the day before check in is extremely efficient! The staff have been nothing but helpful on both visits. The doctor is very personable and extremely nice! She spoke in ways that allows you understand what is going on and the quickness and quality of service is outstanding! I will continue to go here for any of our needs.

Outstanding in every single detail from the minute I waked in the door until I left. The receptionist was extremely kind and efficient. The med tech was thorough and courteous and the PA was a top notch professional and personable. They are an outstanding team! The facility was clean and quiet. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care. As I hate visiting the doctors, they made my visit quite pleasant and for that I’m giving them 5 stars !! The woman at the front desk was sweet and polite and even made small talk, which I enjoy! The nurse and the doctor was patient, kind and made my visit NOT nerve wrecking. The professionalism of the staff was phenomenal, the facility was very clean. The receptionist helped me over the phone as i was headed from Jacksonville to orange park and it was past the time to make an appointment online. My husband and I went to the Avecina on Normandy as it was closer to home and the receptionist (NORMANDY) was rude from the time we entered the facility and was mad as she was changing out the trash bags. She then wanted to charge us $190 per person instead of our copay of $35 and told us to call our insurance company and complain. I then called the Avecina on Kingsley as I k ow we always have a $35 copay for urgent care and the customer service was amazing! I wish I would've remembered their names they were all amazing. The experience was excellent and eventhough we got there just before closing time we received great care! To the staff there on 12/04/2024 @ 7:30pm you are an amazing team that truly cares! Thank you so much for the 5+ star service. I will definitely drive 25 + minutes if my family or I need urgent care!!

Tiffany, the receptionist (i’m sorry i didn’t get her name!!!) & Michelle are amazing! I came in today for ear discomfort and Tiffany was so sweet and comforting and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend coming here , I got 10/10 care today
