Dr Batista and here staff are amazing! Caring, timely, friendly, thorough. As busy as they were they found time to squeeze me in for a steroid injection. I have never received medical care as good as this. They have restored my confidence level with health care. I’m just grateful that there are some medical facilities that still exist with care and integrity. Thank you Dr. Batista and your staff!

Very good experience with the physical therapy team members. They addressed all my concerns appropriately and initiated a plan that made sense considering my complaint. Shakila was so personable and easy to talk with. Lisa was informative and demonstrated my routines, making sure I understood them fully. I left feeling confident that I will be in good hands, had a functional plan of care, and my care team really listened.

All the Doctors, Physical Therapists, & staff are caring, patient, and very professional. But, Sherry at the front desk is a valuable asset to your healthcare facility. She has the perfect skills and qualities to greet patients. She always has a smile and kind words, checks you in quickly, and when your appointment is over, she is eager and willing to help set up another appointment if needed that is convenient for you. Highly recommend the Ocala Family Medical Center Wellness Center.

I saw Dr Varela-Batista for shoulder pain. She took time to listen to what my problem was and explained the steps she would recommend to resolve my shoulder pain. Every staff member I met was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Everyone has been fantastic. I was with VIP Care and was very disappointed with the lack of service. I don’t recommend them. I do recommend Ocala Medical Group. Everything I have had to do has moved very quickly to help me medically. Sherri at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is great. Already suggested to my family to come here. Dr Cruz is wonderful and so is Dr Grinvalds.
