They are HORRIBLY RUDE, unkind, and did not allow me to have my partner with me even though I have a medical condition where I faint. They left me alone in a medical room knowing I faint. They also are super rude over the phone and yell at you. They tell you that you can't book an annual 1 year away from your previous annual even if you run out of meds. Horribly managed.

Bc it’s a public service you can expect that you won’t get quality patient care but also these people canceled my appointment and did not contact me to reschedule. The canceled it 5 days ago and never contacted me. I was almost there about to be a few mins late and held with them for literally 30 mins before anyone picked up the phone to discover that my appointment was canceled 3 mins before I got there 6 days ago. This place is always a mess but you would think they’d at least clean it up when it comes to patient care.

According to the FL Health Department, it's legal for a doctor to ignore a patient when she says "That hurts" and "stop" (multiple times) during a procedure (that the patient was told would not hurt). It is, apparently, perfectly legal to traumatize patients and not apologize.
0/5 stars.

Staff is pretty helpful but it takes extremely long just to talk to someone on the phone. I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone on the phone so I could pay a bill, the transferred me over to the billing department and then it went to voicemail so I had to call again!! This is ridiculous

I've been in and out of this place many times. Overall the staff is very nice, and they try their best for the job they have. They have a lot of rude customers so I understand where they're coming from when they might come off as rude. But if you show them that you're nice they will be nice right back to you. I have been to other Health departments in the United States, and this one was the best one by far. They do take a while sometimes, I'll find myself in the waiting room for an hour until I finally get helped. But I also understand that because they are the only Health Department within miles in this area. They take care of hundreds of patients. Keep doing what you're doing guys! Very sweet and compassionate people

Yes it does take a while to be seen, but the service I got was some of the best I've ever had. Much more affordable than White Wilson and the people who work here actually cared about me and asked a million questions to make sure they had a full overview of everything going on. I wish they had an immediate care here. Very thankful for this place as I lost my health insurance in 2020. Also their online portal is awesome and it easy to see all of your info and the Dr. notes. PS they are extremely safe and follow all the protocols regarding the coronavirus.

The worst. I was 10mins late for an appointment and they wouldn't allow me to be seen after I was told I had a 15 min window. I have NEVER been seen at my appointment time always 40mins plus.

I came in to make an appointment and they wouldn’t give me the appointment I needed, better yet they made my appointment for 7:15 and they don’t open until 7:30. Doesn’t make since but shouldn’t make an appointment for a patient before you open. I’ve been sitting out here since 7am and no one will let me in and they said they won’t see me if I’m late
