Registration is a nightmare, front desk had no idea how to get your consent forms if you don’t have your phone. They stated that everything’s electronic consent. Couldn’t even login to their iPad to fill out the registration forms due to the Internet so horrible Come to think of it, had a similar issue a year ago. Will not go back to this place. When I went to Baptist, the registration lady told me a lot of people that comes there says they left this urgent care due to this issue. Maybe it’s time to fix your Internet. I will have a business professional to contact you with to fix those issues. Until then you guys will continue to work at a loss.

Biggest con artist and fraud, just check the tricare and midcare articals within the area. He is a doctor of scam. If he is a man to challenge it I would pay a $1 million dollars as a bet for him to defend it. Oh don’t his partners too
