Dr. Leathers is wonderful, he’s a great listener and very non judgmental and understanding! I felt completely comfortable talking to him! He made it very easy to open up and communicate which is very important to me because I usually have a hard time opening up to people and I usually feel upright and just anxious talking to people! So it was a all around great experience and I’m thankful I went there!

We arrived half hour earlier so we had a bit of a wait. The waiting room is brightly lit and the seating is very comfortable. Our counselor is very upbeat and friendly. He was able to reassure us that we could trust him and be open. The session lasted an hour and we are looking forward to our next session

Extremely rude and unprofessional- I was a first time patient, I provided my insurance info prior to the first of the year and explained the policy will be active on the first. Mt first appointment was on the 3rd. I received 4-5 calls asking me about my insurance info, each time I explained the process. 3 hours prior to meeting for the first time, I received a call from one of the most rude health professionals I have ever encountered, she explained my insurance was inactive and I had not completed the required paperwork. I again explained my insurance is active on the first, and I had completed the paperwork in the portal, or at least I thought I had. I asked her to hold as I checked the paperwork status- she rudely said- I'm gonna cancel your appointment. So rather then to check the notes regarding my insurance, or sending me the "missing" docs. she hangs up on me, canceled my appointment and totally disregards me.

My experience with LifeStance has been great. I've had a psychiatrist since last year and he's been very helpful. I just started with a therapist and he's been great so far and I think he will be very helpful. The system is easy to use and I haven't had any real issues.

My only annoyance is you can't book a new appointment or make appointment changes online, but I'm not reducing my rating because they respond and take are of you quickly and they are friendly and easy to work with. There is, at least there was a couple of months ago, a page that lets you schedule your initial booking, but for some reason that page doesn't let you select some insurances that LifeStance is on. If you have an insurance not listed on the initial booking page you have to call. Usually, the provider will schedule your next visits, but if you need to make changes, you have to call.

I am very happy I found this place, they have helped me a great deal through a tough time in my life.

It was easy to book and very pleased with the experience. My appointment to the counselor that my PCP recommended was for April 2025. I was able to get my first appointment at LifeStance in less than a week.

The conversation was great. Got the appointments scheduled and questions answered. They forgot to message the tele-health link to the doctor’s office. I called and received it. The doctor was nice and made up for the lost time.
