Fantastic massage! First massage with Stephanie and she will definitely be a staple in my self care routine. I am quite active and want to stay that way. Not only did I feel fantastic after the massage, I have felt far less tight after over a week of regular exercise and sports. While a massage is not a substitution for regular stretching, it is essential to maintaining optimal flexibility. Stretching, alone, can’t get you there. She has “intuiting hands). He massage style isn’t excruciating but she definitely gets into the muscles and is excellent at skirting the edge of productivity and unproductive pain.

Stephanie is GREAT. From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The serene atmosphere set the perfect tone for what was to come.

AMAZING!❤️ I loved everything! The entire experience was soooo relaxing…from my massage therapist’s (Karen) kind smile and gentle hands to how she set up the most zen and relaxing ambience for my massage experience. But of course, the absolute best part was the most fabulous massage ever. She found knots of pain in my mid back that I didn't know were even there. She has the hands of an angel. I felt light as a feather halfway thru the massage and by the end I just felt like liquid, my muscles felt so loose and content. I recommend Karen highly if you want to feel like new again. Not just Karen but Hands of Grace in general as Karen raved about loving her job and she seemed so happy to be part of such an amazing group and her employer. Karen, thank you so much for an amazing massage on my birthday!

I’m pregnant with twins & was having lots of pain on my lower belly, pelvic floor, and my legs. Waddling everywhere and having just lots of pai . I came in and seen Karen, her attitude was so welcoming. She was so amazing! She explained everything too me. I went in waddling & came out WALKING ! Thank you so much 🤍🙌🏽
