I’ve been looking for a new pcp for myself and my husband. A year ago we were advised they do not take our secondary insurance. Specifically under the physician and insurance information (literally the physician’s face and name is at the top of the page online) it says that they take our secondary insurance. But over the phone we are told they don’t.

I was advised that the hospitals take it but primary care does not.
That would be understandable if it wasn’t directly under the physician’s information and on the same page.

My children have Baptist pediatricians and no problem with taking our insurance. Any of them.

Thankfully I asked the right questions before scheduling or I would have ended up getting a surprise bill.

I had a terrible experience as a new patient at this office. When I made my appointment, I was instructed to print and fill out forms, which I brought with me. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to fill out everything again on a tablet, which made no sense. To make matters worse, the front desk associate informed me that my chart was under my old name from six years ago, and I had no idea how that happened.

The confusion continued when she repeatedly asked for my social security number, despite it being clearly listed on the forms I had provided. I had to repeat it twice in front of others at the check-in desk, which was uncomfortable. She finally wrote it down, but then handed me back my forms along with a piece of paper with another patient’s UHC information written on it.

This was a frustrating, disorganized experience, and I left feeling very uncomfortable with how my personal information was being handled. Needless to say, I ended up canceling my appointment and will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Crystal Davis is knowledgeable, and actively listens to my concerns and addresses them with thoughtfulness, kindness and compassion. She is up to date on all the latest new treatments and carefully considers all my other health challenges and treats me holistically. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks, Dr. Davis!

I have been unhappy with my primary care practice for the past few years. So I decided to try this practice for my physical this year. I must say,this was the best medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Pinder and his staff were great. I was brought in to the exam room a few minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. I had already been fasting and Quest had an appointment available,so I went for the blood work right away. They called me the next morning with the results and recommendations. Overall great experience.
