Ryan is absolutely amazing. The facility is beautiful with incredible state-of-the-art equipment! She has so many different training options and bio hacking tools to help you achieve whatever goals you have as quickly and safely as possible. She’s an awesome trainer too, she knows when to push you and how much but she also knows when to give you a break. I simply can’t recommend Quantum Wellness enough!!!

I can't say enough good things about Ryan, and the studio. I started going for treatments, after I was wrapping up with physical therapy. Through the course I was able to start living without pain all the time again. Then, she added some amazing workout machines and we are working on strengthening everything, to help support my hip, as well as getting into much better physical shape. Her personal training sessions are amazing as well! Highly recommend giving this place a shot. There are so many things that will help you both physically, biomechanically and even mentally!

Ryan, wow. Here is a beautiful example of a professional who lives and trains the life she teaches. The aura of health and wellness that glows from her is undeniable. Her smile is bright like her eyes. Attributes of an athlete and professional in their prime.

Quantum Wellness is an amazing place of healing and strengthen.
I have a very stressful job and Ryan Martin has reduce my stress with her knowledge and use of equipment. I especially like the balance pro and Red light therapy. She also helped me reduce the neuropathy in my feet. There is so much to learn there about the body and all the equipment to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Quantum Wellness of Ocala.!!

Ryan's protocols are spot on and has helped me a lot with my concerns. I use the PEMF and Ballencer Pro most of the time and the salt room on occasion if my sinuses are acting up. I highly recommend her facility.

Coach Ryan knows exactly what you need when you need it.
The red light therapy and Balancer Pro really helped me be ready to move from one set of compliance audits to the other with ease. I was able to get a really great night’s sleep and have positive energy for the rest of the week. Normally I am totally drained but this year, I am not. I also love the biocharger which has helped me with my headaches from the heat after workouts. Having an autoimmune can be challenging, but Quantum Wellness has the tools to help me be the healthiest me I can be!

Great inventory of wellness machines and equipment. Exceptionally knowledgeable!! Went to Quantum after I was having some issues with fluid retention for about a week. One treatment and my edema was reduced by roughly over 80%!! Can't recommend these services and treatments enough for anyone looking to keep their personal health and well being primed without invasive procedures!

Personally, this has been a difficult year for me. A tragic yet sudden loss set me into a tailspin. I was trying my hardest to regain my bearings using techniques I learned throughout my life but I was still struggling. For most of the year I have been working out with my husband at our local gym but I knew I needed more individualized workouts so I reached out to Ryan and she was happy to help. Ryan was aware of my situation and with our training sessions she met me exactly where I was emotionally, physically, and mentally. Giving me tailored training sessions that have pushed me just enough to regain hope and confidence. We have been working together for about a month with a combination of training and Cryotherapy and I already see a dramatic difference including substantial weight loss. I’m happy that I reached out to Ryan for training and body contouring. She is super intelligent, fun to work with, and she really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her.
