Still waiting on a call back from the referral department of the office.... They cancelled my referral, said "oh gosh I don't know why this is happening can we call you back to resolve this." I have called several times, left several voicemails and still nothing. I have spinal issues and they canceled my neurology referral and now will not get back in touch with me. It's a bummer because I really like Stephanie Hatten and the friendly staff but there has to be somewhere else that runs their referral dept better....

I would especially like to commend Stephanie Hatten, ARNP, for her exceptional care. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise truly stood out. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options, and answer all my questions with patience and clarity. Her dedication to patient care is evident, and I left feeling reassured and well-cared for.

Overall, my experience with Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent's Primary Care - Oakleaf has been excellent, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

This office has caused more problems than it has helped with. My PCM left the office two months after I switched to this clinic, I wasn't assigned another provider and then I was told I would have to wait two months for a new patient appointment with another provider at the clinic. Communication has been horrendous, the office is not receiving faxes, doctor won't call me when asked because I would be charged a co-pay. Asked for a second opinion referral and got a lot of pushback, not called back with blood work results. When I tried to find a patient advocate to speak with about my concerns and I was transferred to a retirement home that's not even with St. Vincent's. I've been assigned to this clinic less than a year and I can't leave fast enough. Only good thing is that at least SOME tests have been done to try and figure out what is causing health concerns, but in the end I'm still having chronic issues and now I just feel defeated that I don't even have a primary care physician that can help me find some peace.

I think and I hope that I have found the right primary care physician. I give it a five star James Osborne was absolutely great. He took the time to talk to me. Go over all my medication‘s to make sure that I’m on the right path. I really appreciate it, he was awesome
