Scheduled an appointment they called day before telling me I owe them cash 150 dollars and a three hundred dollar deductible. Said I could see it on my card pulled out my card it's not there she claims they don't need my service. I guess they must be getting paid to much to have clients absolutely worst customer service ever don't go here save yourself the stress they are only out for cash you are not going to find a good health provider here. Found a great provider right up the road dr. Dhaliwal staff is super friendly get you in right away I would try there first I'm going to tell everyone in npr about the way I was treated today by these women. Also you can just read his replies to other reviews and see how him and his staff treat people. I probably would have saved the stress if I had.I dont need your luck and my doctor took great care of me i just needed people who actually wanted patients and are not encoraged to be nasty to knew ones.

I have been going to Dr. Wert for many years now, except when insurance changed at work. Now retired, I go to him even though he isn't on my current plan. I love his staff, his wife, Nancy is a real sweetheart and Dr. Wert takes the best care of me. I never feel rushed or hurried.

Hands down absolute worst doctor I have seen in 62 years most of which I spent in the field of Nursing.

For a doctor that takes both Medicare and Medicaid you are really see another patient waiting to see him yet you always have a minimum 20-minute wait for him to call you. The equipment in his office is absolutely antiquated. The office is so extremely warm I was almost passing out. The ceiling in the back office is falling down or was at the time I saw him.

The office staff is so rude probably the rudest I have ever dealt with. He had ordered blood work on me that came back with panic level values. I had to call his office about this and was told by his wife I could not see him for 3 weeks as they were preparing to leave for vacation the following week! He had has nobody who covers him when he is not in the office. I had already had doubts about his knowledgeability as to me he appeared on several occasions to be mildly confused. He has medical assistant with him at all times writing down everything for him. But the final straw was his lack of follow-up on the lab values that thankfully the other doctor who was cc'd on it made me aware of and told me to call him and make him aware of it in case it had been missed.

Cannot State strongly enough that I would not recommend this doctor to anyone I'm sorry.
