Office is very clean updated & very comfortable. The service here is significantly better than other larger networks of clinics here in the area. I’ve been going here for over 6 months and can say the staff, care and experience are top notch. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with Dr Saintilus. I have no problem in dealing with her staff. I read one lady complaining about the staff. Understand Nobody is perfect. Every hospital/clinic staff messes up sometimes. In my opinion that should not be a ground to discredit their services. I can attest No one in her staff are bully. They are all professionals and caring. Karen is sweet.

They randomly said I owed them $120 for office visits I had paid for already. (Someone has to pay for those leather seats and fountain outside) I have proof I paid. I asked the front desk for a print out and she wouldn’t give it to me. She just rattled off some dates. She said I had to pay the whole balance or I wouldn’t be seen. I said ok then have a good day. I didn’t have the money even if I wanted to pay. Then she charged me for the appointment the one she wouldn’t even let me have. Lol! I never see an actual doctor just a different LPN every time anyway. I’ve never even met Erica. I’ve been going for 3 months. Just avoid. More than half of these 5 star reviews are made by staff, I’m 100% convinced of it.

I scheduled an appt days prior and asked if I had any balances that would be due at this appt. A nice lady upfront told me I have a $0 balance and nothing would be due. I got a call the day before my appt after working hours and a different lady had called me, she said they were confirming my appt. I said yes I will be there directly after that I was told I have a $50 cancelation charge that I will owe. And when I asked what it was for she told me I no showed an appt and they never received a call. I told her that surely I called to let them know and that if I hadn’t there must of been some kind of emergency that day back in October. I asked her if I have ever been billed for this to my house and she replied with this is a practice charge we haven’t billed u. When I asked for the cancelation policy form to be sent to me she said that they don’t have patients fill one out and that there isn’t one. She told me that it’s posted on every door, I asked again if she could send me documents with their policies and she refused. I have no problem paying a cancelation fee but when someone refuses to send me clinic documentation I have a problem with that. Directly after asking her a few times to be sent something showing anything on email she interrupts me and asks me if I just would like to cancel this appt then. I told her I guess so and she hangs up on me while I ask for the clinics cancelation policy to be sent to me again. I have had many times where I have been put on hold with no hello just straight to hold prior to this for long wait times just to get a regular appt scheduled since I have been here many times. This is a very rude and poorly ran medical office and I will not be returning.

My 22yr old daughter went and saw a nurse practitioner there who sent her out the door with a prescription she cannot fill. According to my daughter, she told the NP (Grace?) several times that she did not have insurance for this $500 "trial" medicine. The NP gave her a discount card which was only valid if you already have insurance. My daughter has severe asthma and knows what medication works for her and what she is able to afford. Now she's out $175 for seeing someone who didn't listen to her and still does not have the medicine she needs. It seems like this office is more concerned about the kickback for the new medicine than with their patient's actual health issues.

if you’re looking for a primary physician i would recommend Dr. Erica George-Saintilius. she’s very knowledgeable, she’s very kind, she listens, and recommends the best physical therapist in the area. i love the christian music being played while waiting. the staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very soothing.

Much like the other reviews, the front desk has no idea what’s going on, ever. They’re bullies. The supervisor named Karen especially, and the others are clueless. They try to tell you your basic medication refill requires a doctors check up, when it doesn’t, they try to charge you for appointments you never scheduled and/or canceled with over 24 hours in advance, and because they don’t take adequate notes, it’s supposedly my fault! Hell no. All the times I’d been here, not once did I even meet my doctor. Luckily I was able to work around and get my blood test results, but good lord are these people stubborn. They will lie just to get you in the door.
