I have been to the doctors here twice and have received numerous referrals to various specialties. I find it unacceptable that every message or call is treated as a billed appointment; this is excessive. It took me six calls to get just one referral sent, and I am currently pursuing the other two. I will not tolerate a healthcare provider that operates in a way that feels like a scam.

I’ve called to try to talk to someone because I was seen by a doctor here for my leg losing mobility a month after my arm lost mobility. The doctor told me I needed vitamins and told me it was leg paresthesia. I told her I was concerned about it being MS, she just downplayed my concerns, and I had to tell her I want a referral to neurology and she reluctantly gave it to me. I got a 2nd opinion and got seen sooner and it is confirmed I have MS but when I called to dispute my charges they say they are gonna fill out a report and someone will call me back to discuss but they haven’t. So if anyone is actually concerned about their health don’t go here bc they don’t care.

Dr. Kevin is THE BEST pediatrician in Jax!! He was our first son’s doctor and we are so so excited to be back with him for now both of our boys! He answers all the questions in a reassuring way and is excellent with the kids AND parents! No matter what part of Jax you live in- make the drive cause he and the staff here are 100% worth it!

We had a wonderful experience at our daughter’s pediatric appointment today. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Dr. Kasych provided excellent care, and we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the medical assistant and everyone involved. We want to give special thanks to Ms. Myra for her expertise and understanding during the EKG. We are truly grateful for such a fantastic team.

The nursing staff was very nice and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well-informed about my care. They were compassionate, professional, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met promptly.

Consistently late. Not 5-10-15 minutes. 45+ every single time. They request that the patient show up 15 minutes early. Then they consistently make your Child, and you wait 45 minutes or, usually longer AFTER your scheduled appointment. Horrible "bedside" manner from front office staff. More waiting in the exam rooms. What are the providers even doing?
