This shelter is a safe place for many citizens to be able to rehabilitate back to society. It may not be seen an a regular homeless shelter, but it is by far one of the best facilities I have encountered. From the staff to the people who are living there. They provide meals, medical treatment, clothing, and activities for their residents. I have seen people start at this shelter and gain housing, jobs and some even cars! I could go on and on about these facilities but you will.never fully understand what this facility means to a community until you have been displaced or need assistance.

I'm so thankful to all the staff at overflow.
They we're so professional,very helpful and showed us love in a time of need.
They helped us on a Friday night and provided us with words of encouragement throughout our weekend of great distress.
They went forward and help us obtain health insurance for our family member.
Once again I'm very thankful to overflow in their staff.

Everyone in the facilities rather the grocery store, office, or clinic are very caring and go above and beyond every individuals needs. They make you feel like family and not just a person in need. They treat you with respect and are an asset for everyone and anyone in the community.

I am actually glad they put this onto our neighborhood. Its no secret that there is a high aids population in the 32209 zip code. There have been limited resources for the people that need it. And I see people every day walking around that need medical help and other services. I am proud that there are people who care enough to come and help out in the community by providing these services to those in need.

I visited this facility a week ago that's located on Moncrief Rd and I must say I was amazed and overwhelmed what an amazing staff from the owners to the employees especially the clinical staff Shantel and Veronica they are so nice funny and caring they greets you with a brilliant smile and a warm welcome they are a great access to this facility I will revisit this facility and recommended this place to my family and friends

If you need help with ANYTHING as far as community resources such as housing, food, job search, STD and AIDS testing just to name a few of the many resources then this is your place! Not to mention everyone there seems to genuinely care about you and want you to succeed! Can't say enough good about Overflow!

I been trying to contact Overflow and there phone is completely disconnected 🤬. Like wassup with that how are pose to contact them about anything. Totally unprofessional.🤦🏾‍♀️
