This is the second time I have been there. This staff is awesome. They take care of all the patients very politely and what I liked the most was each one of them CARED. All of my interactions were great. I even had the doctor going out of his way and did all he could to make it happen.

I love it here, our visit was hassle free from beginning to end! I brought my granddaughter in and everyone made her feel so comfortable. Everything was clean and they have lot of space in the waiting area. We had a 9 am appointment. We only waited 5 minutes to be seen. The Dr was very thoughtful and explained everything to us. By the time we got across the street to the pharmacy the meds were done!

Walked in, did the paperwork and they got us back quickly (under 10 mins).
The staff was very upbeat,nice and professional. The doctor and Mrs. Rita,
I think that was her name, were great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, made my check in experience simple and easy. My first time needing to come back here in a long time. Newer staff to me, Dr. Jess and team were amazing. Made me feel cared for, warm and very welcoming. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very kind and helpful! The front office was professional and efficient. Courtney was very pleasant and helped me feel calm. I highly recommend and would visit again if needed when we come down for a visit…but really hope that isn’t necessary!

Everytime I come here, I get the same MA and NP. Heaven and Jess. I absolutely love them both. Heaven presents a calm demeanor and just makes you feel so eased while in the room; Jess does the same. The main thing I appreciate is that Jess always validates and never assumes I’m being “dramatic” as other providers have. When I come in, she assesses my pain for what it is and genuinely helps me out/ gets to the root of the problem. I appreciate her and her colleagues so much 🫶🏻

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I called last minute and they were still able to get me in and taken care of.

The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Everyone worked together like a well oiled machine and got me taken care of and back out very quickly. Had the kids in tow, so very thankful and appreciative of how quick they are.

Doctors and other staff members at Avecina Oakleaf have taken care of my immediate needs for a long time. I’m so thankful they are so close. I was in bad shape yesterday, Feb 7, 2025, from what turned out to be an allergic reaction to OTC medicine. Craig Hardy diagnosed it right away. He is a kind and witty man, generous with his time and knowledge. He explained how the reaction happened and how to treat it. Within the few hours it took to pickup the prescriptions (I had to go to 3 pharmacies) that relieved the symptoms I was 95% itch free. I am so thankful for the fine people who work for Avecina and do so much to take care of all of us who go there.
